What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
"Help students grow and enrich the English language"
I can direct When it comes to the English Department, and I can lead the team since I have that much capacity. leadership qualities and roles and responsibilities are essential to enriching the students because the majority of students from rural areas studied only in the Tamil language and are therefore unfamiliar with English. As a leader, you must concentrate on these students to help them grow and enrich the English language.
What are some plans that you are currently (or will be) designing for students?
"I constantly encourage the students to participate in practical knowledge training"
I've already created plans for the students to learn English, including how to read, write, and participate in situations. In my classes, I constantly encourage the students to participate in practical knowledge training since it helps them learn English by using examples from the actual world. I constantly advise my colleague's faculty members to use the same approach
How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?
"The instructional approach for the students in this generation is the biggest challenge"
Adapting the instructional approach for the students in this generation is the biggest challenge when we teach the students. I do Games and exercises to strengthen linguistic skills. It's how I instruct and make plans for the students. When learning using games and activities, students will become familiar with various types of language mediums and learn how to speak, write, and deal with situations. As a subject, it should apply to real-world situations.
What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?
"We also need to manage the infrastructure with the aid of clubs"
They must pay for infrastructural improvements and the addition of other courses. Similar to these rural places, the majority of students can congregate if there are more familiar courses offered. We also need to manage the infrastructure with the aid of clubs and gatherings of students where students can engage in social activities. With the assistance of management, we'll follow the majority of colleges in doing the same.

We employ these additional exercises to advance and broaden students' reading and writing skills when they require assistance learning the English language.
What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education at your college?
"Making sure that students comprehend the English language"
One of the major problems for students of our generation is taking classes in complete English. typically, bilingual in Tamil Nadu for communication. We don't talk about the same thing again and over because everyone speaks Tamil. It can be challenging for them to learn English. We provide additional language-development courses. Making sure that students comprehend the English language and continue to learn is our main goal.
When you came to college, what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?
"My vision is crystal clear"
My ultimate goal is to complete a doctorate, as well as to work hard to place my college on the list of the best colleges, do well on faculty exams, and take additional courses once I have registered for a doctorate. My vision is crystal clear, and when I first entered this college, all I could think about was how my educational career should shine like water with all of my ethics and truthfulness to the outside world.
How does the department/college enhance the skills of the faculty and prepare them according to industry standards?
"We run a faculty development program and encourage my fellow faculty members to attend various programs"
The management also granted permission for all faculty to participate in various college department-specific programs and courses, which are required for all faculty members to advance their knowledge. We also run a faculty development program and encourage my fellow faculty members to attend various programs, whether online or offline, to help them upskill.
What do you see as the college’s greatest strengths and how it can be enhanced?
"My college's management is its greatest asset"
Since the majority of students enroll, I would argue that my college's infrastructure is its greatest strength. In comparison to other colleges, ours has outstanding infrastructure that allows students to learn more, as well as free bus service for first-year students. Additionally, my college's management is its greatest asset, as they can adopt both the staff and the students in a single line.
