Being the Principal of the techno school College, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
A good leadership style is a major aspect of maintaining education quality and leading the institution in a better way. My leadership philosophy centers on creating a welcoming and happy learning atmosphere that encourages staff and students to perform to the best of their abilities.
When you first came to The Techno School College, what was your vision for the college? Has it evolved over time, and how far along in implementing that vision are you?
When I come to the college first time my vision was to run the college smoothly and in a disciplined manner. The implementation of a college vision is an ongoing process that takes time to complete. Strategic planning, resource allocation, faculty and staff development, curriculum advancement, infrastructure development, and continual improvement activities are all part of the process. The pace at which the vision is executed varies based on the precise goals, available resources, and the rate at which changes can be implemented.
You have held key positions at education institutes throughout your professional career. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
There should be no interaction from the management side and management should listen to the key map of the college and provide all the facilities to the students. The education sector offers many opportunities to engage in continuous learning. Education institutions frequently promote a collaborative atmosphere where experts and educators can cooperate to develop cutting-edge teaching techniques, share best practices, and build a community.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and the students are?
I have a lot of responsibilities but first I want to make our assets will run perfectly. It is important for the students to remain in the hostel safely and have no issues. They should also be satisfied with the service provided by the college. The college community's safety and security are the principal's responsibility. In order to advance the objective of the institution, I build collaborations and engage with the neighbourhood community actively and facilitate communication among all stakeholders
What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?
The top priority for the next ten years is training and placement. Students who are passing out should get a satisfactory job so that they can recommend others to join us. Secondly, I want the college to assess the college's performance on a regular basis, get input from stakeholders, including students, professors, and staff, and use the information we learn to guide decision-making and promote overall development. To guarantee that students obtain an excellent education, we must put our attention on improving the content, instructional approaches, and assessment strategies.
What do you see as The Techno School’s greatest strengths?
The strength of our college is its location which can be found easily. We are also able to function with minimal infrastructure. The Techno School's well-designed curriculum and programmes which concentrate on technology-related disciplines also might be one of its greatest strengths. Offering a wide variety of courses, The Techno School benefits immensely from our team of knowledgeable faculty members.

Any insights into how college could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?
Students of different races or economic backgrounds are welcome to take admissions at Techno College with minimal course fees. Apart from that the Government of Odisha and the central Government provide scholarship schemes so the students don’t have to pay anything to the college for their studies. Students from minority ethnic and economic backgrounds should be actively sought out through specialised outreach initiatives, collaborations with community organisations or high schools, and scholarship possibilities.

We are creating and updating the curriculum to guarantee that it complies with the most recent business trends and equips students for forthcoming problems.
