What is your leadership philosophy?

To maximize their impact as a leader, great leaders use a variety of tools. Initiative is a systematic approach to motivating others, including thoughts, thoughts, and actions toward partners and children. As a pioneer, I generally accept that everyone rehearses or participates at the same time. I pay attention to the ideas of others, continually encourage them to further develop and extend their insights, and hope to pass this on to my students.

What keeps you connected with the education sector and how has your experience been so far with the institute?

I am a passionate Teacher. Since finishing my post-graduation around a decade ago, I have been related to the teaching area. I don't simply educate understudies, I generally try to put my efforts to them and associate them with new elements, angles, and the most recent patterns on the lookout. This helps understudies in their work interests and other exploration attempts assuming they are keen on research.

What do you think should be the top priority of the college in the next ten years?

In the following decade, assuming we consider the current situation, advances will change quickly. At the point when we discuss individual branches, it's vital to take note that innovation is interconnected across different branches. In this manner, our foundation means to give information that envelops the whole mechanical scene. Over the following decade, we will constantly zero in on bestowing impending abilities and advances to understudies through studios and active practices.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

My duties as HOD include the management and supervision of teachers and students. Therefore, my main goals as dean are always to improve academic performance, address concerns raised by students, keep up with new trends, and facilitate the professional development of faculty and students. This allows us to provide our students with the best education possible.

How do you help your student cope with the high competition outside?

To set up our understudies for the extreme rivalry outside, we underscore a multi-layered approach that joins preparing, joint effort, and exercises pointed toward accomplishing greatness. We give thorough specialized preparation that furnishes them with the most recent industry-applicable abilities. Cooperative ventures and gathering exercises advance collaboration and critical thinking, which are urgent in reality. Also, we empower support in studios, classes, hackathons, and temporary positions to upgrade pragmatic openness. Our point is to support their decisive abilities to reason, encourage development, and impart areas of strength for an ethic.

Any valuable advice which you would like to give to the students to have a prosperous career ahead?

We strongly encourage interested students to adopt a continuous learning perspective. In today's rapidly evolving world, acquiring new skills and information is extremely important.
