What keeps you connected with the education sector and how has your experience been so far with the institute?

It has been a wonderful experience working with this college. It has offered me ample opportunities for growth in teaching alongside the students. The college provides a conducive environment for learning, and the students are highly motivated. We share a harmonious thought process with our students and maintain a conducive environment for coordination. The opportunities provided by the college in the education sector have allowed me to flourish and grow in the teaching field.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

My leadership philosophy underscores the importance of connecting with hardworking individuals and maintaining clarity of thought. Clear thinking is fundamental to responsible leadership, ensuring effective decision-making and guidance. So, leadership is about making the right decision with a clear mind.

What are your roles and responsibilities?

In this college, I work as an assistant professor and head of the department of Computer Science and Information Technology. In our department, we offer various subjects such as data science and database management systems, which are crucial for students given the vast opportunities in the field of data analysis today. We understand the significance of data security, which is not only relevant in our country but worldwide. To specialise in data analysis, we offer specialised courses and workshops, including an M.Tech. specialisation in data analysis. Data is paramount in the future and must be securely managed.

Which extracurricular activities are organized in your college for students?

Numerous extracurricular activities take place in our college, including basketball and volleyball, among others. Additionally, in February, on the 25th and 26th, we will hold our annual function, where both students and faculty are expected to participate. During this event, we present awards to students, such as "Mr. College," to recognise their contributions. Students who actively participate and volunteer in sports events should also be acknowledged and awarded during this function.

What do you think is the greatest strength of your institute?

Quality education and dedicated students are our greatest strengths. We emphasise our students' fundamentals and core strengths, encouraging them to attend all classes, which is the mainstay of our college's quality education thus far. We boast excellent facilities, such as state-of-the-art computer labs equipped with advanced technology, including seventh-generation computers. This ensures that our students receive a top-notch education, preparing them effectively for their future endeavours.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring youth?

My advice to today's youth is that success demands unwavering dedication. There are no shortcuts in life's journey. Give your utmost effort, and strive for excellence. Hard work remains the cornerstone of achievement. Embrace it fervently in every pursuit you undertake.
