AP NEET PG 2025 Counselling Begins for Management Quota Seats; Register Till November 23

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has opened AP NEET PG Counselling 2025 registrations for Management Quota (MQ) seats in private medical colleges for admission to MD / MS / PG Diploma courses. Candidates can apply without late fee until November 23, 2025, and with late fee until November 26, 2025.

The university’s prospectus explains eligibility rules, seat subcategories (S1/S2/S3), fee structure, and the full counselling schedule. Applicants must ensure internship completion and valid medical registration before applying.

Seat Categories Under Management Quota

Under the Management Quota, S1 accounts for 25% of the sanctioned intake and is filled strictly based on NEET PG 2025 merit. Within this, S1A covers 15% of seats and is open to candidates from across India, while S1B includes 85% of seats reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh.

The S2 category makes up 15% of seats and is meant for NRI and foreign applicants, allocated based on inter-se merit among NEET PG-qualified candidates. The S3 category covers 10% of seats and is designated for institutional or in-service candidates. Seat distribution also follows rules for rounding off fractional numbers and rotating them in alternate years.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil all NMC regulations, complete their internship by July 31, 2025, and possess valid medical council registration. Foreign medical graduates should have cleared FMGE and be registered in Andhra Pradesh wherever required.

The reduced percentile cut-offs provided for reserved categories are applicable only for determining eligibility, as reservation quotas do not apply under the Management Quota.

AP NEET PG 2025 Management Quota Counselling Fees

The registration and processing fees for Management Quota applications vary based on where the candidate completed their MBBS. Those who completed MBBS within Andhra Pradesh must pay ₹6,000, while candidates from outside the state are required to pay ₹9,000, which includes the verification fee.

Applicants who completed their MBBS outside the country must pay ₹13,000. For those applying during the late-fee window, an additional ₹20,000 is charged, bringing the total to ₹26,000 for AP graduates, ₹29,000 for candidates from other states, and ₹33,000 for foreign graduates. All these charges are strictly non-refundable.

Upon allotment, every candidate must pay a non-refundable university fee of ₹49,600. Tuition fees differ significantly based on the course and category, with Category-B management quota seats costing considerably less than Category-C seats, which include NRI and institutional quota admissions.
