National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the AILET 2026 Provisional Answer Key and Question Paper Booklets for BA LLB (Hons.) and LLM courses. Candidates who took the exam on December 14, 2025, can now download them from the official website, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
This key helps candidates check their answers and estimate scores before the final results. The AILET 2026 objection window opened on December 14 at 8 PM IST and will close on December 16 at 12 PM IST. Candidates must raise objections online only; no emails allowed.
Each objection costs INR 500. After reviewing all objections, NLU Delhi will release the final answer key, which no one can challenge. This final key will decide the results expected in late December 2025.

AILET 2026 Provisional Answer Key: How to Raise Objections?
- Go to nationallawuniversitydelhi.in and log in with your AILET account.
- Click "View Objections."Select the question or answer key issue, add your reason with valid references, submit, and pay the fee.
- To calculate scores, use this formula: 1 mark for each correct answer, minus 0.25 marks for each wrong answer or duplicate answers. Unattempted questions get zero marks. For example, 100 correct and 30 incorrect gives 92.5 marks.
- A good score? 95-100+ for top general category spots (cutoff likely 120+), 80+ for reserved categories.
- Last year's BA LLB cutoffs: General (53-55 rank), OBC (358-423), EWS (200), SC (1288), ST (2018-2115). Ties break by higher Logical Reasoning score (BA LLB), age, or draw of lots. Results lead to merit lists and counselling in January 2026.
