TU Delft is set to raise tuition fees again for non-EU students, adding to the rising cost of studying in the Netherlands for Indian applicants. With MSc and BSc fees already up by around 15% in 2026 and further increases of up to 10–15% expected for 2027–2028, Indian students may face total annual costs crossing ?40–45 lakhs. The hikes reflect higher operational costs, inflation, and strong demand for engineering programs, making early financial planning and budgeting more important than ever for prospective students.

Admission to TU Delft’s most sought-after Bachelor’s programs remains extremely competitive for Indian students, as key courses like Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering continue under the numerus clausus system for 2026–2027. With fixed seat caps and multi-stage online selection exams, applicants are ranked rather than admitted automatically. As January deadlines close, the process highlights the importance of early preparation, strong performance in math and logic tests, and having backup options in non-NC programs for Indian students planning to apply in future cycles.
