Forgot your XAT 2025 Login Credentials?

Candidates must be aware that they will not be able to download their hall ticket without entering the correct login ID or password. Hence, candidates are required to save these details immediately after completing  application. In case the candidates lose or forget their login password, then they must follow the below-mentioned steps for retrieving the same:

• Visit the official website
• Go to the applicant login section and select the ‘forgot password’ tab.
• Enter your registered email id.
• Enter the captcha code for verification and click on “get password”.
• An email will be sent to your registered id with the password reset link. Open the link and retrieve your password.

Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates appearing for the XAT 2025 exam must keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Carry 2 hard copies of admit card. Ensure that a recent passport size photograph is pasted in the space provided. Signature should be done only in presence of the invigilator. 
• Carry a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card for the purpose of verification. You can carry any of the following photo ID cards- PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc.
• You have to report to the center 90 minutes prior to the exam schedule.
• No candidate would be allowed to take the test after the commencement of the exam.
• You are not allowed to leave your seat before the entire test time is over. 
• Paste the passport-size photograph in the space provided on the admit card. Sign in the space provided in the presence of the invigilator.
• Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least an hour before the prescribed time.
• Any candidate attempting to carry out unfair means of writing the exam will be banned from the test.
• No candidate will be allowed to enter the test center after the gate closes.
• Carrying of prohibited items such as a calculator or Bluetooth devices will lead to the cancellation of your candidature. Do not carry any eatables inside the exam hall. Only a transparent personal water bottle will be allowed.

COVID-19 Guidelines

Depending on the situation during XAT 2025, the COVID 19 guidelines which were in effect during the previous session might also apply during the current session –

• Candidates must download the Arogya Setu App on their mobile phones and the dashboard should show the risk factor.
• Candidates who do not own a smartphone must bring a signed declaration form and show the same at the entrance.
• The temperature of candidates will be checked at the entrance with a thermal gun, and the candidates with low-temperature limits will be permitted.
• Those showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter the examination venue.
• Mapping of lab number and XAT Id will be mentioned on the admit card instead of outside the center to avoid overcrowding.
• Candidates are required to sanitize their hands at the registration desk. Each student must also carry a sanitizer.

Forgot to Bring Your XAT 2025 Admit Card?

Admit Card is a crucial document that must be carried to the exam hall. Without the hall ticket, no student will be allowed to sit for the test. It is advised to check all necessary documents before you leave your home.

• In case you have forgotten to carry your admit card, go to the nearest printout center. Log into your XAT profile and take a printout.
• In case you have lost your admit card, download it again from the nearest printout center.
• Candidates will not be allowed in the exam center without the admit card under any circumstances.

Items Prohibited Inside Exam Center

• Any type of electronic device is banned inside XAT exam center. The electronic items include:
  • Calculator
  • Electronic/digital diary
  • Cell phone
  • Microphone
  • Digital watches
  • Earphones
• Carrying stationery, books, log tables, pagers, will be strictly prohibited. 
• Eatables will not be allowed inside the exam hall
