UP AYUSH NEET Counselling Process 2024

The UP AYUSH NEET Counselling 2024 process is conducted online. Step 1: Registration

• Candidates must register for the UP AYUSH NEET 2024 counselling online by visiting the official website.
• The registration process includes various steps such as filling out the form, uploading all the required documents, and payment of the counselling fees and security money.
• Only the candidate who paid the required amount of the registration fees and security money is considered for the counselling rounds.

Step 2: Declaration of State Merit List

• After the completion of the registration process, the authorities release the UP AYUSH counselling 2024 state merit list for each round of counselling.
• The state merit list contains the name of the applicants in order of their rank.
• Candidates whose names appear in the merit list are eligible to participate in the choice-filling and locking process.
• Candidates can download the PDF of the UP AYUSH counselling 2024 state merit list from the official website.

Step 3: Choice Filling and Locking

• Post the declaration of the merit list, the counselling board releases the list of colleges along with their seat intake on the official website.
• Candidates must select the choice of their course and college and lock it before the stipulated deadline.
• The order of colleges selected by candidates must be in the order of preference.
• The seats are allotted based on the preference of choices filled by candidates.
• Candidates can do the choice filling and locking by logging into their account on the official website.

Step 3: Offline Document Verification at Nodal Centre

• Candidates must be present at the nodal centre for the physical document verification on the allotted date and time.
• Candidate must carry the set of all the original documents mentioned above as well as one copy of each certificate.
• In case of any discrepancies in the submitted documents, the registration of the candidate will get cancelled.

Step 4: Seat Allotment Rounds

• The counselling board conducts three rounds of counselling: Round 1, Round 2 and the Mop-up round.
• If the seats remain vacant after concluding all three rounds, the stray vacancy round is conducted.
• After the conclusion of one round, if the candidate wants to participate in the further round of counselling, he/she must fill in the fresh choices of colleges each time.
• Only the candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the 1st or 2nd round of UP AYSH NEET counselling 2203 or through the 15% AIQ will be able to participate in the Mop-up/ stray vacancy round.
• After admission through the 2nd round of counselling, the vacant seats in the further rounds are filled based on the state merit list published during the 2nd round.
• During the mop-up round if seats of the reserved category/ subcategory remain vacant, then the vacant seats will be converted into the related category to conclude admission.

Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted Institute

• If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, the candidate must report at the allotted institute on the stipulated date.
• Candidates must complete further admission formalities to claim their seat for admission.
• Not reporting on the time may result in the cancellation of the seat.
