Step 1: Registration
- Candidates must register for the UP AYUSH NEET 2024 counselling online by visiting the official website.

Step 4: Seat Allotment Rounds
- The counselling board conducts three rounds of counselling: Round 1, Round 2 and the Mop-up round.
- If the seats remain vacant after concluding all three rounds, the stray vacancy round is conducted.
- After the conclusion of one round, if the candidate wants to participate in the further round of counselling, he/she must fill in the fresh choices of colleges each time.
- Only the candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the 1st or 2nd round of UP AYSH NEET counselling 2203 or through the 15% AIQ will be able to participate in the Mop-up/ stray vacancy round.
- After admission through the 2nd round of counselling, the vacant seats in the further rounds are filled based on the state merit list published during the 2nd round.
- During the mop-up round if seats of the reserved category/ subcategory remain vacant, then the vacant seats will be converted into the related category to conclude admission.
Step 6: Reporting at the Allotted Institute
- If the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, the candidate must report at the allotted institute on the stipulated date.
