What is RPVT Application Form 2027?

RPVT is a state-level entrance test conducted by RAJUVAS, Bikaner for admission to the BVSc & AH programme at three constituent and three affiliated veterinary colleges in Rajasthan. The programme spans five-and-a-half years, including a mandatory one-year clinical internship. RPVT was last held on 3 August 2025 for the 2025–26 academic session, with approximately 9,760 students appearing across all exam centres.

From the 2026–27 academic session, RAJUVAS officially replaced RPVT with NEET UG-based admissions. Students who qualify NEET UG now register directly for RAJUVAS state counselling at rajuvas.ac.in. As of September 2026, RAJUVAS has not released any official notification regarding a standalone RPVT exam for the 2027–28 session. If RPVT is not revived, Rajasthan BVSc & AH admission for 2027–28 will proceed through NEET UG + RAJUVAS Counselling, which requires a separate counselling registration fee (not an RPVT application fee).

RPVT Registration Trends — Last 5 Years

RPVT 2025 — the last standalone RPVT exam — saw approximately 9,760 students appear for around 312 state-quota BVSc & AH seats. RAJUVAS does not publish comprehensive year-wise registration or attendance data publicly; exact figures for 2021–2024 are not available from official sources. From 2026–27 onwards, RPVT participation data is no longer applicable as admission moved to the NEET UG merit list.

RAJUVAS is expected to follow the same standards for 2027–28, whether admission is through a standalone RPVT or NEET UG-based counselling. If RPVT is not revived, NEET UG 2027 qualification will be the primary entry requirement.

Note: Only permanent residents of Rajasthan are eligible — students from other states cannot apply for RPVT or RAJUVAS BVSc counselling. A valid Rajasthan domicile certificate is mandatory at the time of document verification.

How to Fill RPVT Application Form 2027

RPVT applications are submitted online at the official RAJUVAS pre-admission portal. The steps below are based on the RPVT 2025 process and describe what to expect when the RPVT 2027 window opens. If RAJUVAS continues NEET UG-based admissions for 2027–28, you will register for RAJUVAS counselling instead of filling a standalone RPVT application form — the Phase 1 and Phase 2 steps will apply to the counselling portal in that case.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit the official RAJUVAS pre-admission portal at preadmission.rajuvas.ac.in and click "New Registration".
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS.
4. Set a strong password and note your Application Number — you will need it for all future logins, admit card download, and counselling.
5. Save your login credentials securely — RAJUVAS does not share credentials again after registration.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in with your Application Number and Password at preadmission.rajuvas.ac.in.
2. Fill in personal details: name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and place of birth.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 and 12 board name, year of passing, roll number, and marks obtained in PCB subjects.
4. Upload your Rajasthan domicile certificate — this is mandatory for eligibility verification; applications without it are rejected.
5. Upload your photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
6. Review all details carefully — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, and domicile before proceeding.
7. Pay the application fee online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
8. Download and save the confirmation page — take a printout and keep it safe for all future reference.

RPVT Application Fee 2027

RAJUVAS has not announced the RPVT 2027 application fee. The table below shows the fee structure from RPVT 2025 for reference. If RAJUVAS revives a standalone RPVT for 2027–28, a similar fee is expected. If admissions remain NEET UG-based, the applicable charge is a separate RAJUVAS counselling registration fee (₹1,000 for General/OBC/EWS; ₹500 for SC/ST/PwBD — as per 2026 counselling norms). RPVT Application Form Correction 2027

RAJUVAS opens a form correction window for a limited number of days after the registration deadline closes. Based on the RPVT 2025 process, you can use this window to fix specific errors in your submitted application. The RPVT 2027 correction window dates have not been announced yet; they will be published alongside the main admission notification at rajuvas.ac.in.

What can be corrected:

• Minor spelling corrections in name (with supporting documentary proof)
• Date of birth (with valid supporting documents)
• Photograph and signature upload
• Academic details: board name, year of passing, roll number
• Category (in limited cases — check the official notification for permissible changes)

What cannot be corrected:

• Registered mobile number and email ID (these are fixed after registration and cannot be changed)
• Programme or course applied for
• Domicile state (must be Rajasthan — this cannot be changed after submission)

How to use the correction window:

1. Log in at preadmission.rajuvas.ac.in during the announced correction window period.
2. Click "Application Form Correction" or the equivalent link on your dashboard.
3. Edit the fields that need to be corrected.
4. Submit the revised form and download the updated confirmation page.
5. Keep the corrected confirmation page safely — it will be your final submitted application record for all future stages.
