The OJEE 2025 Seat Allotment process is expected to be conducted in the second week of July 2025. Candidates can access the seat allotment result by logging in using their application number and password. OJEE 2025 Seat Allotment results will be announced on the official website once the OJEE 2025 counselling process starts.
In the OJEE 2025 Seat Allotment process, candidates are allotted seats in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.Tech, BPharm, B.Arch, B.Plan, MBA and MCA in colleges across Odisha.
Once a seat is allotted in the first round, the candidate can choose to ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ the allotted seat. Freezing a seat means that the candidate has got the college and course they chose for in the counselling process. By choosing to ‘float’ means that the candidate has accepted the allotted seat for now, but wants to participate in the next round to try for a better option.
The OJEE 2025 Seat Allotment process is conducted in two regular rounds and one spot round. In the first round, candidates are allotted seats based on their choice filling during the counselling process.
The second round is for filling any remaining seats and upgrading of seats for candidates who chose ‘float’ in the first round. Spot round is conducted only if there are still seats remaining after the first two rounds.
The OJEE Counselling seat allotment is based on the merit list of the OJEE 2025 exam. According to previous year trends, the OJEE 2025 expected cutoff will vary depending on the categories: General (690 - 450), OBC (457 - 454), SC (451 - 327) and ST (451 - 288).
