OJEE 2026 Exam Pattern: Previous Year Analysis

The OJEE 2026 exam pattern is mostly the same as it was in OJEE 2025 and earlier years, which makes it very easy for students to prepare according to previous year papers.

  • Consistent CBT Mode: For the past few years, the OJEE has only been done in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, and there has been no switch back to the old pen-and-paper format.Marking
  • Scheme Continuity: The standard of +4 marks for correct answers and -1 mark for wrong answers (negative marking) stays the same in 2026.
  • Mandatory Sectional Attempt Rule: For the past few years, candidates have had to try at least one question from each section in order to avoid being disqualified.

Because this has been the case for so many years, working through previous years' question papers (2023–2025) is still very useful and relevant for OJEE 2026.
