MAH MCA CET Merit List 2026
A merit list is prepared to take the marks obtained by aspirants in MAH MCA exam into consideration. Admission into the various institutes is based on the merit list.
There are two type of merit lists prepared by CET Cell for MAH MCA, these are:
- Provisional Merit List: This is the preliminary list released by the CET Cell and it allows candidates to verify their details, such as rank, category, and score.
- If a candidate finds any errors in this list, they can report that during the grievance window and get it corrected.
- Final Merit List: This is the final or corrected list published after the grievance period ends.

How MAH MCA Ties are Resolved?
While preparing the MAH MCA merit list, if two or more candidates are found to have obtained the same percentile, the following tie breaking criteria is implemented:
- Percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree examination is considered and candidate with higher percentage is ranked higher
- If there still is a tie, candidates with a better percentage of marks in the 12th grade are ranked higher.
- If the tie still exists, candidates with a better percentage of marks in the 10th grade are ranked higher.
- If the tie is still there, the age of candidates is considered. The older candidate is given preference.
MAH MCA CET Counselling Process 2026
MAH MCA 2026 counselling will be conducted through Centralized Allotment Process(CAP).
- MAH MCA counselling is conducted based on the final merit list.
- The counselling begins after the final merit list is released.

First Round Counselling
