CET will release MAH MCA CET Eligibility Criteria 2025. CET defines no age limit is there of MAH MCA CET 2025. MAH MCA CET eligibility 2025 is, they have to pass with 50 %marks for General candidates and 45% for EWS, OBC, PwD, SC, and ST, Maharashtra State Candidate. If any candidate has Mathematics in their 10+2 or at the Graduation Level and got a minimum 50 %marks for General candidates and 45% for EWS, OBC, PwD, SC, and ST, Maharashtra State candidates are also eligible for MAH MCA CET 2025.

MAH MCA CET Eligibility
- CET cell of Maharastra defines there is no age limit for MAH MCA CET 2025.
- Candidates all over India are eligible for MAH MCA CET 2025, but they need to meet the MAH MCA CET Eligibility Criteria given below:
MAH MCA CET Eligibility for First-Year & Direct 2nd-Year (Lateral Entry) Admission:
For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates:
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Passed 10+2 or Graduation level with Mathematics Subject (as a compulsory subject).
- Must have passed a bachelor's degree (BCA / B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. 3 years) from any recognized university should have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate
- Must have secured a minimum 45% marks in aggregate, if candidates belong to a backward category and PwD category to Maharashtra State only
- For Direct second year admissions, the candidate should have passed Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications or Science.
- Candidates must score a non zero/positive score in MAH-MCA-CET 2025.
- If you are in the final year of qualifying examination then are also eligible to apply for the MAH MCA CET 2025 exam
For NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National:
- Must have passed BCA / B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with mathematics as a compulsory subject.
- A minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For Direct second year admissions, the candidate should have passed Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications or Science.
Note:
- In case the candidates are awarded grades/ CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/ CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor's degree.
- The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after the decimal.
MAH MCA CET Eligibility according to Caste Certificate
If candidates come under the given below category must produce the caste certificate from the competent authority as mentioned below;
- If candidates belonging to SC, VJ/DT (NT (A)), NT (B), NT(C), NT (D), OBC and SBC categories they should produce “Caste Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Social Welfare Department
- If Candidates belonging to ST category then they should submit “Tribe Validity Certificate” issued by Scrutiny Committee of Tribal Department and a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate except SC, ST candidates at the time of verification of documents
MAH MCA CET Eligibility 2025 for Disabilities
There are the following types of disabilities comes under the PwD category.
(i). Visually Impaired: The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is adversely affected permanently for any reason can use their own scribe at their cost during the online examination
Guidelines for Visually Impaired candidates
- Visually Impaired candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may opt to view the contents of the test in magnified font and all such candidates will be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour or otherwise advised of examination.
- The facility of viewing the contents of the test in the magnifying font will not be available to Visually Impaired candidates who use the services of a Scribe for the examination. These guidelines are subject to change in terms of GOI guidelines/ clarifications, if any, from time to time.
(ii). Locomotors Disability and Cerebral Palsy: Such candidates whose dominant (writing) extremity is affected to the extent of slowing the performance of function (minimum of 40% impairment).

Time Extension: A compensatory time extension of twenty minutes per hour will be provided to the students or otherwise advised shall be permitted.
(iii) For PWD Using a Scribe
For using a scribe, the following rules will be applicable:
- The candidate will have to arrange his/her own scribe at his/her own cost
- The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the same exam If a violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process; candidature of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled
- Candidates eligible for and who wish to use the services of a scribe in the examination should invariably carefully indicate the same in the online application form. Any subsequent request may not be favorably entertained
- The scribe may be from any academic stream
- A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate
- Both the applicant as well as the scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfills all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above.
- Further, in case it later transpires that he/she did not fulfill any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the online examination.
- Those candidates who use a scribe shall be eligible for a compensatory time of 20 minutes for every hour of the examination
- Only candidates registered for compensatory time will be allowed such concessions since compensatory time given to candidates shall be system based, it shall not be possible for the Competent Authority to allow such time if he/she is not registered for the same. Candidates not registered for the compensatory time shall not be allowed such concessions.
