KIITEE Counselling 2026: Phase 1 Provisional Branch Allotment, Choice Filling & Procedure

The KIITEE counselling 2026 Phase I is ongoing, with the Phase I seat allotment results expected around May 2, 2026. The date of choice filling has ended on 28th April 2026.

• The Counseling will be stopped as soon as all the seats reserved for the KIITEE-2026 are filled.
• Verification of documents would be done at the time of counseling/admission.
• If any of your documents are invalid or incorrect, you will not be considered for admission.
• About 15% of seats have been reserved for SC categories. On the other hand, seats reserved for ST and PwD students are 7.5% and 3%, respectively. 30% of the seats will be reserved for women.

KIITEE Counselling 2026 Process

The candidates shortlisted for KIITEE counselling 2026 can follow the procedure given below to select their branch preferences:

• The candidate will log in with his/her credentials to fill preference(s)
• Once logged in, the candidate will be prompted for updating education details
• The candidate would then need to upload the required documents
• Then, the candidate will have to choose the branch preference. The candidate has to select at least 5 branches
• After selecting the branches, you can select the submit button

Documents Required for KIITEE Counselling 2026

Candidates called for counselling must bring original documents and token Fees to the Counselling Centre. You need the following documents for the KIITEE counselling 2026 session:

• Admit Card
• Rank Card
• 10th Pass Certificate
• 12th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
• Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA, M.Sc. (Biotechnology / Applied Microbiology)
• Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
• B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate (For M.Tech./ Int. M.Tech & Ph.D / LLM / Ph.D Candidates)
• Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
• GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)
• Amount of Rs. 75,000/-, which includes the Counseling Registration fees of Rs. 10,000 in favor of KIIT, Payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee, as per the fee structure, is to be paid on the day of reporting.

KIITEE Counselling 2026: Reservation of Seats

The KIITEE-2026 Quota Seats are distributed among different categories of candidates as follows:

• 15% & 7.5% seats of KIITEE 2026 quota seats will be reserved for the Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribe, respectively
• 3% seats of KIITEE 2026 will be reserved for PC candidates.
• 30% seats of each category will be reserved for women candidates (only applicable for B.Tech.) All the unfilled reserved seats will be converted to the General Category.
