IIFT 2024 result will not be released, and from academic year 2024-2025, CAT 2023 score will be taken for admission into MBA programs. So, as per said discussion, students will be required to have a good qualifying marks in CAT 2023 exam to be called for admission rounds from now onwards. CAT 2023 result got declared on the official website, at iimcat.ac.in, on December 21, 2023. As per the reports of CAT 2023 result, about 14 students have scored a 100 percentile and 29 have secured a 99.99 percentile.
CAT 2023 exam was reported to be difficult in comparison to last 2 years, and over 2.88 lakh students appeared. The second round of IIFT admission, i.e., WAT/Group Discussion/Extempore/Personal Interview etc. will be held in the month of March or April 2024 on the basis of CAT 2023 cut off marks. CAT score is basically of two types- raw and scaled score.
As it was declared that CAT score will be taken for IIFT’s MBA admissions, many getting confused about what is a good score to be qualified. IIFT 2023 Merit List

- IIFT Merit list will be released by IIFT Delhi, Kolkata, and Kakinada containing the names of approximately 650 students who have qualified for GD/PI.
- Candidates will be invited for IIFT 2023 Counselling on the basis of this merit list. The seat allotment process will also be done on the basis of this list.
- Students who have their names on the list will only be invited for subsequent rounds of IIFT selection process.
