How to Fill HPBOSE 12^th Registration Form 2023? 

The registration form for HP Board class 12 exams 2023 will be made available on the official website of the board. However, direct online submissions through students are not permitted. School authorities will download the form from the official website and students shall collect it from their respective schools only. The duly filled form shall be submitted to the schools and schools will then register the candidate online. The steps to download the form from the official website are given below: 

Step 1: Visit the official website www.hpbose.org 

Step 2: Click on the “Downloads” drop down option at the top of the homepage.

Step 3: From the drop down, select ‘forms’. 

Step 4: A new page will appear with list of all the forms that are available. 

Step 5: Click on the link “HPBOSE 12^th Registration Form 2023”.

Step 6: The PDF of the registration form will open up. Download the PDF. 

Step 7: Take a print out of the form.

HPBOSE Class 12 Registration 2023: Fee Details

The HP Board charges different registration fees from regular, private and HPBOSE compartment exam candidates appearing for class 12 board exams. The fee details are tabulated below:

Important Guidelines for Class 12 Registration Process

Mentioned below are some important guidelines about the registration process of HPBOSE class 12. Students are advised to go through these guidelines carefully and follow the same during their registration. 

1. Form Feed – Students have to fill all their necessary details. They must ensure that all the details are mentioned correctly without any error including spellings of the names. 
2. Data Verification – Students can verify their form before final submission. If they found any entered data wrong they can go back using a modify option and correct the wrong data. 
3. Complete Feeding – Recheck all the information once again since no changes/editing can be done after the final submission. 
4. Generation of Fee Challan – Fee challan will be generated in this step. This challan is required as a proof of successful payment of fees and registration done by the student.
5. Final Submission – In this step, students have to submit the form with other details like online fee, transaction Id, fee amount, date of submission, etc.
6. Print the Form – After final submission and payment of fees students can take print out of the final form.

Instructions Regarding the Printed Format of the Final Submitted Form

The final form submitted on the website shall be printed in the format given below: 

• Students have to use only A4 size paper for the form printout.
• They have to affix a passport size photograph in the space provided in the form.
• Student’s signature is also required in the form at the designated place. 
• The form should be attested by the concerned authority i.e. Principal or Headmaster of the school. 

General Instructions for Filling the Form

While filling the registration form, below instructions should be followed to avoid making mistakes. 

• Students must fill their name, father’s name, date of birth according to the certificate of matriculation or higher secondary certificate.
• Any spelling mistake in the name shall be avoided. The name should be the same as mentioned on other formal documents like Aadhar card, class 10 certificate etc. 
• If any student fills any wrong entry in the form, he/she will be held responsible for the data filled. This will lead to the cancellation of their candidature or any disciplinary action under the rules and regulations of the HP Board.
• The photographs should be properly affixed in proper dimensions as per the guidelines and signature should be clearly visible on the printout of the form.
