GLAET is delivered as a flexible online computer-based test (CBT) across 60+ cities, and you can also take it from a GLA University test centre or remotely from home. GLAET 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Eligibility for GLAET 2026 depends on the programme you choose. Confirm your specific course requirement before paying the fee, because the fee is non-refundable if your form is later found ineligible.

The minimum age for B.Tech admission is 16 years and for B.Pharm is 17 years as on the date of admission. There is no upper age limit and no domicile restriction — you can apply from any state or as a foreign / NRI student.

How to Fill GLAET Application Form 2026

The GLAET 2026 application has two phases — new registration to get your login, followed by form filling, fee payment, and the slot-booking step that locks your exam date and centre. Complete both phases in the same session whenever possible; the slot-booking page opens only after the fee is successfully paid.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit the official portal at www.gla.ac.in/apply-now and click on Apply Now / New Registration.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Choose the programme you want to apply for — B.Tech, BCA, B.Pharm, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Ed, or any other GLA course.
4. Verify your mobile number and email through the OTP sent by the system.
5. Set a password and note down your Registration ID — you need it for every subsequent login, including slot booking, admit card, and result.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form, Pay Fee & Book Slot

1. Log back in with your Registration ID and password.
2. Fill in your personal details: name, parents’ names, gender, category, nationality, and full correspondence address.
3. Enter your academic details: Class 10 and Class 12 board, year of passing, roll number, and percentage. Add graduation details if you are applying for a PG programme.
4. Upload your passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
5. Review every field carefully — cross-check your name spelling, date of birth, category, and programme choice before moving to payment.
6. Pay the application fee of Rs 1,000 (or Rs 500 for D.Pharm, Diploma Engineering, and B.Ed) via debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet. You may also pay offline through the options indicated in the brochure.
7. Once payment succeeds, you are redirected to the GLAET 2026 slot-booking page. Pick your preferred exam date, time slot, and test centre from the live availability shown.
8. Confirm the slot — the system generates your admit card on slot confirmation. Download and save a printout.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple registrations from the same student will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Note: Slot booking is mandatory — you cannot sit for GLAET 2026 without confirming a date and centre. Slots fill up faster towards the end of the window, so book early if you want a specific city or weekend slot.

Documents Required for GLAET Application Form 2026

Keep these documents ready in soft copy before you start the form. The portal accepts uploads in standard image and PDF formats and will reject files that are blurred, cropped wrongly, or above the size limit.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a plain white background and 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched images — the verification team rejects manipulated photos and you will be asked to re-upload before the admit card is released.

GLAET Application Fee 2026

The GLAET 2026 application fee depends on the programme you apply for, not on your category. The fee is uniform across General, OBC, SC, ST, and PwD students within the same programme.

Payment accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallet. GLAET also allows offline fee payment through demand draft drawn in favour of "GLA University Mathura" — the DD details must be entered in the form before submission.

The application fee is non-refundable — even if you withdraw your application, miss your booked slot, or do not appear for the exam.

Note: If your payment fails or the amount is debited without confirmation, do not pay again immediately. Wait 48–72 hours for the auto-refund or for the receipt to update in your portal dashboard before retrying. Duplicate fee payments are not auto-reconciled.

Note: Slot booking opens only after the fee payment is confirmed. If you skip payment, your application stays in "draft" status and the system will not show you the slot calendar.

GLAET Application Form Correction 2026

GLA University allows limited corrections to your GLAET 2026 application until you confirm your slot. Once the slot is booked and the admit card is generated, the form is treated as final and cannot be edited.

Fields you can edit before slot confirmation:

• Personal details — spelling of your name, parents’ names, address, and email
• Photograph and signature uploads — you can re-upload if the file was rejected
• Academic details — Class 10 / 12 board, marks, and roll number
• Category and programme choice (in some cases, with university approval)

Fields you cannot change after slot booking:

• Date of birth and mobile number used at registration
• Programme applied for (a new application is required to change programmes)
• Exam date, time, and centre once slot is confirmed and admit card is downloaded
