Faculty

The faculties to students ratio is quite good like for every 15-17 students there is one faculty so the approachability is easy and the relationship is very good Souvik karmakar, he is great teacher with great experience in the industry for like year As such I don't feel I didn't like any facilities, most of them are nice There are four exam each sem so there is ca 1 2 and pca1 2 and then there is the main theory exam for each sem once and then practicals for the said subject. It's quite easy if you really love the subject and it's very replace to the course

Course Curriculum Overview

The Curriculum of the course is decent just like any other college in India but I think you got an advantage in this college that there's only 25% theory and 75% practicals, you don't have any useless subjects like language. Talking about how it prepares us for real world applications, it does nothing really can't blame the college, it is like this everywhere, The industry keeps updating but the teaching methods are ancient.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had to pay 2.45L every year, all the other fee gets covered in this... Not sure how much my juniors had to pay but there was a increase in the tuition.. there's no scholarship for general category but if you're a kokani speaking student you get scholarship and you should probably check out few schemes that is there for students who studied under any pu college under mahe for eg. The students are eligible to sit for placements from 3rd year and are allowed to do internships in the same. Allowing students to do internships during college helps students to learn more about their field and become ready for the industry as soon as we pass out.

Faculty

The faculty is well adequately knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. They are always open to help with any kind of issue. We had a guest professor for 3D Maya - Ajay Pardesi sir, he had very good knowledge on the subject and also had a very easy , fun and understanding way of teaching. Also the rest of our professors are quite good with their subjects too. We had a faculty before Ajay sir - Sandeep Bhokare sir , well he was very bad at whatever he taught, and did not end up completing even one proper topic till the end. But later he ended up leaving our college. There are 2 main exams that is mid sem and end sem each academic year. And 4 class tests overall apart from mid and end sem. That is 2 class tests each semester. The class tests are set with the appropriate difficulty as that of the mid and end sem papers coming from the University. The course curriculum is quite relevant and advanced .

Campus Life

There are annual events like Kshitij festival. Also there are numerous co curricular competitions. Many technical competions . There is Hackathon. Then there are NSS drives. Each department has their own 1 whole week celebration having their special events and competitions. The library is also big with many books and journals. Also with a big reading area for students to sit and study. Each classroom has projector facility. College is very active in sports as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is on an average level and it could have be much better. This course has many much to offer you as it has vast softwares and technical skills. For real world application you have to sit for a long time on the softwares and know them well and you have to know the industry as well. Exams were held on good time in first semester but I don't like the second semester exam timings as they conducted three different exams.
