Mizoram Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery (ANM) is organized and conducted by Mizoram College of Nursing, Government of Mizoram in the state of Mizoram. The Mizoram ANM course has gained recognition and approval from the Indian Nursing Council (INC) Delhi and the Mizoram Nursing Council (MNC).

ANM is a two-year course at the Diploma level. Admission is provided on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance exam and an interview is conducted. A merit list is prepared and candidates are shortlisted. Selected candidates have to then appear for the seat allotment and counseling process. Further, document verification is done and final admission is given.

Mizoram ANM Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must qualify with the following eligibility criteria in order to fill the ANM admission application form:

The candidate must have qualified and passed the HSC Examination/10+2 with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized board or the university of Mizoram with Physics, Chemistry, Biology along with English subject as mandatory subjects.
Any equivalent examination from a recognized and known University or Institute.
The Candidate must hold a Valid Domicile certificate of Mizoram State.
The Age limit should be between 17 to 37 years for the candidate.
Reserved Category Candidates shall be provided a 5-year age relaxation in the upper age limit.

After the exam, an interview round is held. The candidates are shortlisted for the next admission round: Interview.
Candidates are shortlisted and a merit list is prepared on the basis of their performance in the interview round and released through an online mode.
Shortlisted candidates in the merit list are required to report at the prescribed venue and time for document verification.
The documents must be carried in the original format only.
