Students in their final year (7th and 8th semesters) can participate in campus placements at L.M. College of Pharmacy. B.Pharm students receive job offers with packages ranging from 3 to 8 lakh INR, and an average salary of 4.5 lakh INR. However, the highest package across all students is 1 lakh INR, with an average of 30,000 INR, and about 8.5% of students secure placements. Prominent companies like INTAS, CIPLA, and ZYDUS provide internships in marketing, production, quality control, and regulatory roles.

ZYDUS, in particular, offers a 3-year internship with training and a monthly stipend of 20,000 INR, but requires students to sign a bond. Additional internships are available at PHC and CHC centers in pharmacy and drug manufacturing.
