LM College of Pharmacy Application Process 2024
Candidates can fill the application form for all the courses in online mode. For D.Pharma, candidates can fill the form through both online and offline mode. Candidates need to register for the State or National level examination on the respective official websites.
Candidates for admission to all courses except for D.Pharma are required to collect the Information Booklet and PIN from any of the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The procedure for application form filling is as follows:
- Visit the www.gujacpc.in and Click on "New Registration".
- Select the option choice for Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy.
- Enter the Sr. Number printed on PIN cover (14-digit PIN given in the booklet)
- Enter the other required details and click on the Submit Button.
- Candidates are required to fill the Sr. Number printed on PIN cover as USER ID.
- Click on Submit Button, recheck the details and Click on Confirm Registration Details.
- Take a printout of the “Filled in Application Form” and verify the documents at the designated Help Centre.
- Candidates are required to carry the printed copy of the registration form along with the mentioned documents.
