Review of not much renowned but good law college

Likes

Faculty of the college is really good, supportive and experienced
Principal of the law college is really supportive and looks forward towards the development of students
College has Naac A grade which will further get improved in next cycle which is is in December 2024

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the college is not that good.
There’s a compulsory rule for attendance due to which teachers sometimes hault your hall ticket for few days
Timing for first four semesters is 12-4 which leaves you with no time left in the day

Admission:

I also applied to GLC and ILS the major reason that i was not able to make to that colleges was reservation. 80% of the seats of colleges under MHCET are reserved for Maharashtra students and i was an outside Maharashtra student. I had decent marks in MHCET exams around 103, but couldn't make it to GLC / ILS because of reservation. Though this college is also good after ILS in pune and under MHCET it's the second college who has got NAAC A and faculty is better than DES Navalmal Firodia.

Overview of shankarrao chavan law college

Likes

The teaching faculty of this provide great education.
There is an open area to park two wheeler vehicles
The college provide opportunities to make their students grow

Dislikes

The quality of canteen and its foods is bad
Needs to work on infrastructure to minimize hustle
Some of the decision making process are very long and time taking

Admission:

Talking about the addmission process, it was very tiring, it took lots of time and documents to get admitted to this college. Every student has to go through the admission process at the start of every year

An Honest Review of MMMs SCLC.

Likes

The aspect that i appreciate the most is the staff ov MMM's SCLC
We have different cells like the reasearch cell, Socrates cell (debates), cultural cell, sports cell
The students have a W/a community group of placement cell from the first year itself

Dislikes

The campus, as the college is a little old and is located in the Pune City
The canteen of SCLC needs an urgent renovation.

Admission:

Eligibility was the the clearing if MHT LLB entrance exam with a good score. Once you put preferences of college, an allotment list is published, where you get to know which college has been allotted to you. After the allocation, you have to visit the college physically with all the original documents, staff there will guide you through the whole process. In a sem , there are presentations, vivas, internal exams and finals, all have specific marks that we've to score and the difficulty level is medium.

Throught the MH CET exam,you have to apply to the colleges According to your preference ,and then there is a freeze and float option , you're alloted the college according to your merit,and the if you get the preferred college you freeze it and then proceed further.

Admission:

I applied for entrance test which is CET by the maharashtra state government. And then after cet i applied for this college. There are CAP rounds ,I applied to this college through this CAP rounds and then got selected.

The college experience till date is excellent.

Admission:

Overall I will rate the college as good. And I will rate it on the scale of 10 as 7.5 We just hope for a little bigger study room/ reading Hall & a ll better infrastructure. Other everything is satisfactory. Excellent in many ways, its location, its campus & many other things.
