Facilities and experienced and have great industrial and teaching experience. They are knowledgeable and supportive. They will clear your doubts and help you with all the projects. Teaching methods are really nice.
There are different committees for cultural event , sports , council and other things for to organise the events inside campus as well as outside the campus. If you are active in participation you can learn alot of things
College , Classrooms , library , sewing lab , washrooms etc everything is well maintained. Classrooms have AC and TV provided .
Dislikes
Infrastructure is not that good as it is not in one building itself. Interior department classes are in A block which is in different building and fashion department classes are in B block and CAD lab is there in different place nearby.
They should provide more internship from early semester .
Some people get more opportunities than other. Like If you are in Council group who handles all the events you will get more opportunities.

Placement Experience:
College provide placements to only final year students that is one demerit I feel. They should have provide placements from early semester. Placements are not really great. Some good companies and mostly normal companies do provide placements but the pay is really low. Very few people gets placement with good package. Highest package is 3.5 LPA .
My plan after degree is to apply for my preferable companies and fashion brand with whom I want to work. Prepare a very nice and effective portfolio of myself and not relying on college placements.
appreciating only the few teacher who really help out when u need help at ur assignments and studies
Infrastructure is okish campus is okay but can be better
Teaching quality is good only on few students depending on the teachers assigned for the subject
Dislikes
Environment of the college need to be improved no property ground or activity area cultural shows at the college r not up to the mark

JD design award held is the best place to showcase your best work
Dislikes
Small and cramped campus but it's in a prime location
Spending a lot of money on stationeries and project materials
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because it's way detail oriented and you get to learn more softwares. The course offered by the college covers all the aspects of design. The course is completely creative and skill based. Faculties are available at all times and help with any issues we face.
Having a mutual Teachers and students understanding
JD design awards as there are lot of opportunities gained over there
Any concerns regarding anything they would look into the matter
Dislikes
The college is little unorganised based on furure plans like what is to be consucted and when
The campus is small and doesn't have open space
Placement Experience:
There are JD design awards conducted in which professionals from different fields come and see the work performed by us. Opportunity is given on that basis
Talking about placements, the college is affiliated with huge companies like Homeland, livspace. The placements are given based on your academic performance. There is no guarantee that each student will be placed. But they are placed on the basis of their performance. 50-60% of students would be placed.
I would work in a smaller company to get more experience
Teachers atre so friendly and will help you with everything you need
The admission process is so simple just go get application fill pay advance and over you are good to join
Dislikes
The institute is very small even though located in a prime location
Fees structure is not ok for low or middle class people and you have to spend more on stationarys too
Course Curriculum Overview:
I joined the course because I was interested in fashion design The teachers at Jd Institute are friendly but they will give many projects every day to complete. Exams are also a little tough, but attending classes properly will not be so hard to pass them. There were 7 to 8 teachers and my class was divided into 3 batches and had nearly 20 people in my batch.
This course is perfect for fashion enthusiasts. The faculty puts in all the effort to make sure every student understands the topics. You get to learn many new things in this course. Teachers have been the biggest support system. We had enough time to study for the term exams and also revise after that. Teachers made it easy for us to pursue this course.
I am very much into fashion. And I have also studied for 2 years. Now I wanted to continue with it to understand and learn more. The faculty is quite a lot and polite. Sometimes they are unorganized but I understand that they have many branches to manage. The student ratio in my batch that is post graduation is only 8 to 10 students. But in other batches, it's more than this. Teaching and qualifications of them are very much experienced and polite. Exams are very much late in July there is a sem 1 exam now I am in sem 2 even though I started the course in august 2020.
JD has an online portal where recruiters post a job advertisement. The same is shared with the students through posters of it on bulletin boards on the campus as well as a detailed message on WhatsApp class groups. Campus interview is conducted by some well-known brands and garment companies annually. Calvin Klein, H&M Arvind fashion and a few other well-knowns brands. I joined the advanced diploma course as a means for me to start my own small business or a boutique, but after studying for 3 years, I came to realise my opportunities are abundant and I could work in the industry instead. Which is what I have in mind now.
• Only the last semester students are eligible for campus placements if any approach us.
• No companies visit our campus of Interiors till I've seen.
• You get a list of companies with openings from the college and you can apply on the same.
• As mentioned when the college holes a program for the final years companies might choose you there based on your work.
