There was no entrance exam given. It is based on your 12 results if in case your results are not out then go with 10 results. The admission for me for done online as I was from the Covid batch. They explained to me every bit of work from what is provided to what is not. There is no change in the admission process as such

Eligibility is scoring more than 60% in 12th std and the application admission process was easy we had to visit the main office. fill application form and pay in advance there is no exam or anything for admission
Getting admissions is easy but you need to be aware of the basics for whatever course you choose and the rest will be taken care of by the college. You can visit the college centre on MG road, one of the most happening places in Bangalore to apply for admission.
It was quite easy. I talked to one of the counsellors. And get registered. Firstly I researched about many colleges. Then I talked to them. I have given exams also for iiad and I got selected too. But the fees were very high. That didn't match my requirements. Now in JD, I am having a good experience. But their faculty is a bit late in everything as I understand that they have many branches to handle.
JD Institute of Fashion Technology is a great college to study in. The admission process is seamless and is done without a hassle. It's a walk-in admission, which starts in March and closes in June. The course I had opted for was an advanced diploma in fashion designing (3 years ). The infrastructure of the college and the resources offered are adequate compared to some of the other private institutes. The only issue I faced was the lack of storage for student supplies. JD also offers a lot of exposure, giving us opportunity to volunteer for fashion shows, write blogs, and multiple workshops and seminars are conducted all over the year for us to gain a better knowledge on the fashion industry and its current affairs. Overall a good college provided you choose the right course.
• JD institution of Fashion Technology is one of the rebound colleges for Fashion and Interiors. It has a good faculty who are ready to teach you at any point of time. They're kind. • Admission is completely based on your 12th marks. You should have passed and scored above 45% in all subjects. Admissions start by April and classes start by June. • This was the only college which concentrated only on design and nothing else for Interiors in Bangalore. • I used Google to decide based on the reviews.
The syllabus is based on bangalore university. The have a good options for the students. The main part is from college faculty side they help in all the way to get us updated in all the way. Alot of practical works are there which improve our skills alot.
We don't have canteen and hostel so it gets very difficult for us.
The idea about the course curriculum includes Art and illustration, Fashion thinking and design process, surface ornamentation and fabric manipulation, Fashion sourcing, Textile appreciation, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, pattern making, GMT, Draping, Art and costume appreciation, Retail and merchandise, JD annual design awards.
