Internship is provided by our college itself. At present there are very less patients coming for consultation,so there is no much practice we get here. So we go outside for extra practice. But projects will be there like camping, etc.
After the 4 and half course for Ayurveda, the college offers internship program for 1 year which helps the students of Muniyal ayurveda gain experience in treatment and inspection of patients. The internship program is free of cost and the stipend is paid according to the work schedule done by the students
I dont think any of the medical colleges have placement options. so as my college. One can complete BAMS and work at a private firm or hospital or he can continue to study further thats MD in few subjects like panchakarma shalya tantra dravyaguna rasashastra etc and can either be a lecturer or a researcher and help others discover the new aspects in field of ayurveda.
