A Glance of WILP BITS

Likes

The syllabus designed the University is quite up to date according to the industries standards
The faculty of the university are very supportive and well experienced in their respective Subjects.
The assignments and Labs are also designed in very well manner.

Dislikes

The scheduled of the classes are bit odd.
Attendance are strict in the University.
Sometimes there are too many events for the attendees.

The Students are able to attend the placement drive from the 7 semester itself. The are lots of companies which are participated in placements drive like Big Fours. There are 90% students are albe to get jobs from campuss, at various companies with 1 Cr , 15 LPA of highest and average package respectively.

Likes

They have arranged an Industrial visit during 2nd year.
The staffa are well educated and they provide learning in practical way
We have around 4 class/week for lab, where we can able to execute and keep us learning the things in the practical method

Dislikes

The surrounding of the campus is very poor
As there should be restrictions between the campus itself, where each blocks having different timing.
Also the campus is located out of the city border, where we need to wakeup earlier to arrive the College

My honest Bits Pilani wilp review

Likes

The fees are totally bearded by wipro and moreover we are given stipend by wipro for the same.
The course is online so there is no requirement or hectic for travelling.
Classes are arranged as per my availability

Dislikes

As discussed with the wilp team there will be no campussing provided after the course so we need to stay in wipro as permanent employee or search for job off Campus.
The classes are online based so sometimes it becomes difficult to understand the lectures due to network connectivity.
The course provided is regular but as per my understanding many companies rejects this qualification.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well if someone has done their diploma in some specific trade and wants to pursue their BTech while working for a private company this is the best platform. The curriculum is quite simple and easy to understand. The lecturer teaches through their ppt in the respective sessions and in the process sometimes it becomes very hapazard to understand. The mid term is taken after 8 session approx 2 months and final exams are taken after 16 session approx 5 month and their is a gap of around a month after the final exam.
