- The college is ranked no1 in nirf ranking.
- Infrasturcture is quite good and teachers are very expertized.
- We hage visitng faculty coming from the idustry to mentor us in architectural design .
Dislikes
- The campus is quite small and canteen is in engineering block only
- So many submissions lined up and they expect more work to be done
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course cuz i wanted to do something related to deisgn field and architecture in BMS is fun but sometimes it cab get hectic when submission are all at once. We have reviews and exams once a month

- Faculty- very friendly and helpful, willing to help after college hours.
- Green campus - creating a positive environment, many hang out zones in campus.
- Proximity to top places- since the campus is in the heart of the city, studen might get to experience the real taste and aromas of bangalore.
Dislikes
- Washrooms- not neatly maintained. Less in number.
- Drafting tables - are in a very bad state. Old and preserved.
- Hectic- architecture , especially in bms is not a fun ride. Everyday is an over working day.
Course Curriculum Overview:
You'll indulge in a lot of painting and are related stuff. Well since Architecture is not only about art, there are subjects which will use up your brain cells. You also get to go to study trips too! The ride is not smooth- everyday would be a submission day , everyday would be a love-hate relationship with the course. Internal reviews,external reviews, viva and jury, presentation and assignments, written exams...theyre enough to keep you busy throughout. Since its Affiliated to vtu, the system does seem not so updated to date. You cannot expect to have a month of holidays after each Semester too. Dont dream of having a pleasant vacation break.

- Faculties are experienced, they are friendly and supportive.
- Cleanliness is maintained inside the campus everyday and regularly.
- The infrastructure for the campus is maintain , as all the equipment's are well maintained and projectors are in working condition.
Dislikes
- The canteen is not there inside architecture campus, need to go towards engineering campus for canteen.
- The essential shops like stationary is not there inside campus

Course Curriculum Overview:
The desiging of the buliding was one of the intrests which i was liking to presure and create a sustsinable environment for living and this curriculum was providing me.
As the recent curriculum provides site visits and real examples and tearchers are also able to provides with live and real time inputs which provides two wat communication.
The internal exams are conducted every one month and the duffculity level is moderate and paper are prepared within the syllabus.

- The faculty are Friendly and Understanding
- Campus is spacious and greenary as well. The atmosphere is good.
- Library has huge varieties of books as well as digital resources
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am good at mathematics and i am good at drawings as well. This made me choose architecture which is best for me where art and mathematics combines. It's more of a designing field where we are designing a space to create a difference. The frequency of exam is one test per month. The level is medium . You just have to study well.

- Good campus, heart of bangalore. Faculty is well experienced.
- Lots of opportunities through design competitions and meets.
- Students are helpful and there is good peer learning.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is lacking, needs to be more developed.
- No placements / internships offered from college side as it is part of B. Arch regulations.
- Softwares are taught too late / never taught .
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is well followed as BMS is a VTU affliated college. 3 sets of exams in the form of CIEs are taken throughout the semester and 1 final round of exams at the end. There are 2 juries set which have an internal teacher as well as external teacher, to get fresh perspectives on projects. Real world appilcafion needs more work.

- Most of faculty are qualified for masters teaching, most of them are pursuing their phd under the director and other faculty
- Vibrant, campus is shared with bms college of engineering,
Dislikes
- Lack of basic facility such as washroom need to visit other blocks to use washrooms
Course Curriculum Overview:
In terms of curriculum: which is set by VTU University, old and very lengthy irrelevant syllabus, but the college makes it interesting by conducting seminars vertical studios etc. So it is kind of 50:50 but the college does the best it can
