GIMS Faculty

The college maintains an excellent faculty-to-student ratio, with approximately 20-25 faculty members available for every 100 students in the first year of MBBS. This translates to an overall ratio of about 1:5. Students are grouped with specific teachers, ensuring personalized attention and effective coverage of topics. The faculty includes Heads of Departments, Assistant Professors, and tutors who adhere strictly to the NMC curriculum, incorporating the new clinical scenario-based teaching pattern.

The college also benefits from a high patient load at its hospital, enhancing practical learning experiences. Regular assessments are held, including four major exams annually: two terminal exams, a pre-professional exam conducted by the college, and a professional exam administered by ABVMU from 2021 onwards. Faculty members, such as Dr. Manisha Singh, Dr. Satyendra, and Dr. Rahul Bagla, are acknowledged for their expertise and support, contributing to a supportive and effective learning environment.
