The quality of the teachers are very good and they interact with us in a very beautiful way and the way they teach us the way they guide us is simply awesome.
I really like the facilities provided by the college, like the gym,garden,cafeteria etc.its very nice and sound
The college has a good education system supported well by the teachers.

Dislikes

We have not noticed any opportunities for scholarship, financial assistance or campus jobs.
The hod always behave rude and even the others faculty from dept also doesn't talk nicely.
I don't like the things is that there is no particular app specially designed for college

St Edmunds college

Likes

Canteen facilities there are 5 canteens in the campus along with 1 cafeteria
Play ground and it's facilities and equipment
Teacher are very friendly and supportive

Dislikes

Toilet and it's water supply around the campus
There no parking space for the students in the campus
Poor teaching facilities like projectors

Course Curriculum Overview:

In terms of bachelor of commerce they provide it's own liabery for the commerce students only and in terms of bachelor of science and bachelor of arts they taken for a field trip to learn better and understand

My College Experience in St. Edmund's College

Likes

The college campus is filled with greenery (flowers and trees). The environment is fresh and filled with blossoms and trees.
The college campus is very big and beautiful, compare to any other college campus on the state.
The teachers and students are friendly in nature. Hence, we can approach our teachers and ask for help any time we want.

Dislikes

The fees structure is very high in our college, compare to any other college in the state
The class timing is very tight. We have classroom from 8:30am till 4:00pm. Hence, we barely get time for our self to study and complete our work on time.
The food provided in the canteen is horrible. Sometimes the gave the food which are not fresh and freshly made. The food are very oily, salty and costly, which is not students pocket friendly at all.

Placement Experience:

the students from 4th Semester above are eligible for the campus placements. the college placement cell provides each and every opportunity to the students and to influence the students to not only be good in the academics but to also have extra curricular activities. the college placement cells always conducts online or offline meetings with the students, to hell them faced the real world and to not be covered in a bubble shell. they brings people from outside to conduct the meeting and select students who are capable. Many companies has offered placement for the students from our college, companies from the country as well as outside the country. the highest package is 30000 and average package is 5000 as offered by the company. the percentage of students getting placements is 95% out of 100%. the remaining 5% may have their own reasons to not go for the placement or they are not selected for the placement. My plans after getting my degree is to continue with my UPSC, i don't have any other plan apart from UPSC.

I like how the campus is big and it isn't so much suffocating. Socialising is easire when you have a beautiful campus.
The classes starts at 8.30 am which helps us wake up earlier and keep our routine better. Most of the teachers teach very well and they know their field.

Dislikes

Well honestly, everybody knows how good students are favoured by teachers. Infact if ur an average or a below average student, nobody will notice you. In my case i'm an average student but I find it very hard to approach the teachers when I have doub
Teachers do not approach the average or below average students which makes it harder for them to learn better. Or maybe students who are embarassed to ask questions. I personally feel like teachers should be able to understand these.
The equipment used, for instance the projectors does not work very well and considering the price we paid on fees, i feel like the equipments and facilities could be improved.

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided but i haven't really minded it. As for me i would go for competitive exam such as SCC and work hard to get in. My goal is to only get a degree so i can give exams. I also hope that everyone knows which field they should go into.

Its a decent college

Likes

I really like the facilities provided by the college, like the gym,garden,cafeteria etc.its very nice and sound
College have many functions and interesting programs that makes it even more fun and enjoy our college life
I also like the teachers and their way of teaching us

Dislikes

The toilet is not very clean, it gets clean by the cleaners but it still stinky and dirty sometimes
The office is slow working it takes way too much time to get a stamp or signature from the office for various purpose

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i chose this course because of my personal goal or my aim in life. This course make understand the value of money and the processes and role of it in the real world so it very beneficial. The exams are not that tough, it is not hard to score the passing marks.

I think the only thing would be the campus even though I expected it to be even bigger but the real size is still okay.
Teachers are somewhat understanding I think.
There is lots of diversity and it's helps you to explore.

Dislikes

People are kinda introverted and self absorbed
Some teachers are not well experienced in teaching even though they are experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For me now it's okay but we got many teachers for only one subject and not just 2-3 but 5 .soo it's kind of weird and feels very unnecessary . One of the major problem that we faced that our college was not sure whether to apply NEP20 or not . Because of that we were not sure of the syllabus. And in first semester I think main subject were not so main.
