- St. Edmunds college is regarded as the most prestigious college in shillong, Meghalaya mainly due to it outstanding facilities.
- It has many curricular activities for students like sports , different clus eg. Fashion club , poetry club , baking club and so on.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the activities in the college are so much so that it disturbs the regular classes that has to be undertaken.
- The college is very lenient on the student's attendance
Hostel Facilities:
There are black boards, chairs , bench , projectors in the classroom. The classroom are large in size. The meal in the campus is quite delicious and is affordable for all students. The college hostel is affordable. An amount of 5000 has to be paid every month. The locality which i rented a room is jingkieng, Nongthymmai

- Canteen facilities there are 5 canteens in the campus along with 1 cafeteria
- Play ground and it's facilities and equipment
Dislikes
- Toilet and it's water supply around the campus
- There no parking space for the students in the campus

These are the clubs in the campus . football club .carrom club . criket club . bedminton club . cooking club . Singing club . Dance club . Table tennis club .Art club . NCC . Tailoring . vollyball club . busket ball club

- Everything was perfect. The environment and all, you get a typical college environment,also other co curricular activities were also given equal importance.
- Since, two out of three years of my college life went in lockdown, I didn't get much opportunity to involve in other activities but I did make the fullest out of it , in such a short period.
Dislikes
- Nothing. I loved everything about it. Those college days were dreamy for me.

Campus Life:
Though my time over there was very short but I thoroughly enjoyed . Starting from my regular classes to college weeks , everything was perfect. Not to mention "everybody" you meet will be the nicest person . Most importantly as a fresher or as a new girl in Shillong I never ever had any bad experience with any locals of the city. Infact I was very friendly with my seniors and never had to experience regging (which is so important to mention).
Likes
- I fell in love with the environment.It feels healthy.The infrastructures are great.The Professors in my department are friendly so for an introvert like me,it is the best.The principal and the staffs are nice.Topnotch extracurricular activities.
- It is nice because we are not stressed out with studies as there are tons besides studies to do.
Campus Life:
Most of the times,we leave the campus after the gate is closed around 6pm because it's such a great spot to hangout for students. We gain access to the volleyball, badminton,football courts even after all classes ends which really benefits us. There are many events that takes place. Randomly,there are food fests held where students from around parts of India showcase their cultures.The biggest of the event is the Edblazon,college week held in March.It takes place for roughly a month with the main events for about a week. One of my favorite spot is the library.Peaceful and quiet.Varieties of books that includes even Bible.Within the classrooms,we have specimens in our zoology classroom that helps us relate to the topics taught using it as examples.We mostly use projectors for lectures.There are varities of clubs from NSS,NCC,Dance club,food club etc.

- Good campus and faculty .. professors are friendly
- Good food at reasonable prices is available in the 4 canteens
Dislikes
- Classrooms could be made better and an elevator would be helpful
- Network service is very slow in the campus
Campus Life:
Campus Life is very fun .. lots of clubs for whatever interests a student has . There is a big field and courts for sports, studio for music and many more facilities. Fellow students and seniors are also very helpful and friendly, ragging does not exist in St Edmund's college.Edblazon is an annual event that goes on for weeks with lots of activities, parties and events.The library of this college is one of the best in the state and has even e learning sources .

- A very creative teaching faculty who are very interactive and friendly
- Inclusiveness for all students as well as visually impaired students
Dislikes
- Travelling facilities are not provided by the college to travel to and forth from college to home and vice versa
- infrastructure can be improved, labs need more equipments
Campus Life:
The college campus here at Edmunds provides the perfect environment for a student and aids in his/her learning process. We have a very green campus and a very vibrant campus life to go along with it. Everyone is very sociable and the variety of cultural communities and clubs provide the students with opportunities to grow, learn and interact at a personal level and build meaningful relationships.

- I like the college weeks programs and the cleanliness of campus
- The botanical gardens are very nice and calm place to relax
Dislikes
- The people that work in the college office and do the admissions, fees, exam registration are very rude
- The faculty are not much helpful to me at my dept
Campus Life:
The campus is very good and big they provide a botanical garden college playground cafeteria and two canteens the campus is pleasant and clean they also provide college week once each year. the library is also quite big and books are available. My dept has a smart board and projector also available

- I like how the campus is big and it isn't so much suffocating. Socialising is easire when you have a beautiful campus.
- The classes starts at 8.30 am which helps us wake up earlier and keep our routine better. Most of the teachers teach very well and they know their field.
Dislikes
- Well honestly, everybody knows how good students are favoured by teachers. Infact if ur an average or a below average student, nobody will notice you. In my case i'm an average student but I find it very hard to approach the teachers when I have doub
- Teachers do not approach the average or below average students which makes it harder for them to learn better. Or maybe students who are embarassed to ask questions. I personally feel like teachers should be able to understand these.
Campus Life:
I am not a ocual person but ever since i came to Edmund's i am able to socialise well. There are a lot of different clubs which i haven't joined but it gives opportunities for people to socialise more. On college week events, i am able to socialise more because it is fun to be around people at times. I really love St. Edmund's college.

- Continuous classes is really tiring sometimes
- Having early morning class is also difficult
Campus Life:
Since I'm a first-year student, I am really not well acquainted with the various clubs and programmes associated with the college. But this year in the month of February, we had our Edblazon 2024 which is the most anticipated event of all time. There were showcase of talents, cultural dances, feasts, jam sessions, etc

- I really like the facilities provided by the college, like the gym,garden,cafeteria etc.its very nice and sound
- College have many functions and interesting programs that makes it even more fun and enjoy our college life
Dislikes
- The toilet is not very clean, it gets clean by the cleaners but it still stinky and dirty sometimes
- The office is slow working it takes way too much time to get a stamp or signature from the office for various purpose
Campus Life:
The college have many festivals like the college week Edblazon , food festivals,etc but i am not a very social person so i don't know much. Theres a huge library for the whole campus and also a department library in another place, there is a wide variety of books, magazines, newspaper etc to read daily. Theres also students playing basketball, football, volleyball, badminton.
