Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Pharmacy Akurdi Pune M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm) is offered as post graduate course after completion of B. Pharm degree. The course focuses on specialisation in the field of pharmacy. The college currently has M. Pharmacy course with four specialization subjects, Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Centralized on-line admission process for M. Pharmacy (First Year) is governed by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra every year. To participate in admission process students must have to appear for MHT CET

(1) For Maharashtra Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates.––
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from any All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved institution, with at least 55% marks (at least 50% marks in case of Backward Class category, Economically weaker section and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

(iii) Obtained non zero positive scores in Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) conducted by National Testing Agency;

(iv) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

(2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.––

(i) Passed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from any All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved institution, with at least 55% marks;

(ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act

Admissions to the Course shall be made as per the admission rules made by Govt. of Maharashtra from time to time as per the eligibility criterion mentioned.
