GITAM School Of Science Bangalore Ph.D Physics is offered as 3 Years Full Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for Ph.D is Post Graduation+UGC NET. Eligibility Criteria
For UG candidates who would like to pursue PhD:-
4-year/8-semesterB.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) degree in Physics/ 4-year B.E or B.Tech in Engineering Physics/ B.S (research) in Physics or any other equivalent degree in Physics with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
For PG Candidates who would like to pursue a Ph.D.:-
2-year M.Sc after 3-year B.Sc degree or 1-year M.Sc after 4-year B.Sc degree, 4-year B.E or B.Tech in Engineering Physics/ B.S (research) in Physics / Material Science / Solid State Physics / Applied Physics / Theoretical Physics / Nuclear Physics / Space Physics/ Photonics/Spectroscopy/Atmospheric Science/Computational Physics or any other equivalent degree in Physics.
