"Gitanjali college of Pharmacy" - an affordable option Pharmacy students

Likes

The atmosphere of the whole campus and the natural surroundings are quite peaceful. It resides in a rural area, far from urban outcry. Gitanjali college is also situated in beside the main road. It gives a proper connectivity.
Classrooms have proper setup. They are big, neat and clean.
Projector setup is available in every class. Some pairs of smartboards are also available and in working condition.

Dislikes

Office stuffs are not very much experienced. They can call you every now and then and it can irritate you often.
Teaching stuffs are quite new in this college. Sometimes they have lack of experience (in few cases). At most 60% teaching stuffs are freshers.
Lack of skillful office stuffs also cause some problems like teaching stuffs have to do some of the office works. Which leads sometimes to drain their energy.

Gitanjali college also gives adequate placements opportunities. Opportunities comes from many sectors. Appolo, Med plus etc. are common and easy opportunities. Beside them Mainly Production companies like Macloids, Sun Pharma etc also conducts interview for their production units every year. Interviews are arranged for 4th year students only. My plan is to continue my higher studies.

Well managed institute with very good faculties in a affordable fee.

Likes

Thinks that I like about this college is that the campus is preety good and greeny. The environment is very good.
Teachers are very friendly. Facilities are good. No compromise on cleanliness. Toilet are clean and hygiene is properly maintained.
Placements are good. Well known companies hires so many students yearly and offer a good amount of salary.

Dislikes

I think the classrooms should be digital, though projectors are available in every classroom but I think they should teach on a screen.
The location should be better. During lunch time it hard to find a good meal.
Canteen is not available. Though there is a canteen but it is abandoned from last 6 months

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always liked chemistry and biology. So I was finding something where I can study about the subjects at same time. Then I made the decision that I will get my graduation in Pharmacy. I loved drugs and the process behind making is so that's why I choosed this professional. Pharmacy is a very practical course. Even it is based on practical. Theory is not that much important as practical in this course. This is a very Nobel profession I think. It's my first year first semester so I don't know much about the exams and it's difficulty level.

A pretty nice place to get your pharmacy degree.

Likes

On overall basis you will love your campus life here.
I will say the management and the placement facility is great, but not perfect. Threre are few flaws in the system, it needs some improvements.
Infrastructure is close to be perfect, proper classrooms, laboratories, proper instruments, everything is great, the only flaw in the infrastructure is very minor, the playing field is a bit too small. That's not a big problem. So everything is fine.

Dislikes

The location of the college is one of the things I disliked as it's a bit out of town, so some minor problems occur as you can not use swiggy or zomato here. And there are lack of resturants too. But you can now get some sort of fast food from cantee
Weather is a bit too hot. In summer is always stays over 40 degrees
Lack of availability of food and other supplies as the area is a bit far from city.

Placement Experience:

The placement system is good here, from what I know, that many big brands like cipla Ranbaxy mcleods GSK Glenmark Dr Reddy and many more brands are recruiting freshers from this college as their employees so there is no doubt about the placement system is good here. Teachers are helping to students about their careers here from teaching atticates to teaching subjects so that the student can go to a good place for their career in 2023 around 10 to 15 students out of 55 students got jobs through placements and that was the first batch (2019-23). So the average is around 20-25% it's pretty low, but that was only the first batch I hope it will go higher as per the students are great. The highest package a student got there was around 5 lpa and the lowest was 3 lpa, and the average was 4 lpa. They got their jobs in companies like hindustan laboratories, Ranbaxy, Mcleods etc. To be honest I also plan on getting a great job from here, after I get my degree.

If anyone wants to make a good life by doing Bpharm or similar courses with little cost, then you have to admission in Gitanjali College of Pharmacy.

Coming to this college we got a variety of good faculty members and many more facilities

Our college has this arrangement for everything

Placement Experience:

By doing B.pharm or other courses, you can get various benefits in later life. Also, you can get jobs in various positions in various big companies by campusing in our college,like-Cipla, SUNPHARMA,Dr Reddy,and many more.

Pharmacy Best College

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students became eligible for campus and placements. Many companies visited in our college like Cipla, green gsk, lupin ltd, etc. The companies give packages through your knowledge. The highest packages are 10 lack per annum.
