I love the chemistry that's why I choose this. The teaching method is too good. especially chemical engineering 3 years in this course one sem contains 2 internal and viva and external exams. This is not so difficult to pass this course.

Students get eligible for campus placements from the Final year odd semester i.e. 5th Sem. Placements are very good for Chemical Students companies like ITC, PCBL Ltd, Inox, Matrix Fertilizer, IOTL, Haldia Petrochemicals, IOTL, Aparna Carbons, Himadri Chemicals, PMC Rubber, Linde, Coca Cola, Arce Organics and others comes for Placements the placement rate on an average is more than 70% and rest definitely finds job from out campusing. The highest Package is around 3.6 to 4 LPA and Lowest is 1.8-2 LPA on average it's 2.5 LPA. Some students also opt for higher studies you can definitely find the best colleges like Jadavpur University and others if your Jeelet exam goes well. Presently I am working in PCBL Ltd in Gujarat as an Executive Engineer and I am been placed from my college.

It is a very unique and high on-demand course to study. Faculties are great here. Teachers are highly qualified and the maximum number of teachers are pass outs from Jadavpur University etc. Total course time 3 yrs and each year consists of 2 semesters and four internals. If study a little bit it will be very easy to pass the exams

After completing 4th semester students are eligible to join the placement and campus drives. Many companies like L&T, TCS comes every year to our campus. A maximum number of students gets placement there. If anyone fails to get placement there they are provided placements even after passing out for 2 years constantly. Students can get a minimum amount of 12000rs and maximum 25000 RS package job. My plan is to join a government job. So I'm studying for that now.

I choose for mechanical engineering course as I want to be a mechanical engineer in the future. In the mechanical stream, the ratio of boys and girls in my college is 100:10. Teacher of all subjects teaches us very well except one subject. Here are two external in one year and four internal in a year. You have to read properly and follow the class note to be a topper.

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. At the time, L&T, ULTRATECH, ITC , SIMENES ,and many other reputed companies visited to recruit us . The average CTC companies offered us about 3 Lac per annum. About 68 percent of students are placed in this company.

Well i was from my 3 rd semester pretty much made up in my mind that i want to pursue btech. So i didn't gave it a thought to pursue for job through placement done by our college. But as far as i know we didn't had that much placement because of the covid and on a average note we always have good placements happening. Many got placed in L & T, Jindal, TATA Steel , Tata metaliks, CEAT Tires, ITC and other small companies near Howrah. Except ITC other company offers average 8000/month salary that is pretty low. But ITC offers 25000/month but only two candidates got selected there. If you who is reading my review wants to be part of HIT and wants to get a job through Campus Placement after 5th sem you have to maintain a 75% attendance minimum and 7.5 CGPA average and have clear basic knowledge. But please mind it that everything depends on Market demand and Market situation after this Pandemic situation.

I have plan after the diploma degree I could apply for the BTech and I appear in exam and after that completing my BTech then I would try for competitive exams for jobs. I have to apply for mechanical engineer jobs for some railway jobs for some engineering jobs

From 4th semester students are eligible for campus placement. They are many companies comes in our Collage. Mainly they are L&T, TCS, Philips, Bajaj, Capgemini etc. I got more than 3 offers. The highest package offered by L&T. They are giving 4.8 lakh per annum. The average salary offered to us is 2 lakh per annum. In our batch, 70% of students got the job from college campusing. I am currently preparing for JELET exam and also for government jobs.
