Karnataka Government Polytechnic was established in 1946 and is considered one of the oldest technical colleges in the region. The college offers eight diploma courses which all last around 3 years. KPT also offers evening classes to students who require it. The admission into this institute is based on SSLC, established by the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka. Karnataka Government Polytechnic Admission

Candidates must apply online to attend the entrance exam on the official DTE Bangalore website.
Fill in the application form, submit and pay the online fee.
Shortlisted candidates are further called for a counselling round.
A final list of qualifying candidates is released and granted admission after considering the merit and the counselling.

My collage was so good in education. It was very helpful for poor students to learn what they needed. And donation was not there. Admission process took 3 days first step documents submission, 2nd step meritlist, 3rd step

It is very cheap compared to other because this college government .if you got science and maths in sslc ,you could get seat in this college otherwise very difficult ,but you can apply other govt colege nearest you

Admission:

My college admission was good cause the lecturers in kpt helped us to review the documents and helped us to choose the course by giving suggestions . And the admission was easy and i had to pass different stages for getting admission in kpt.Then if we are choosen we get a message from college and the we get the admission for our selected course. Everyone don't get the course they select it is dependent on their pu or sslc mark.
