Admission:
I assumed that you must have read the degree name properly, It is new of its kind, as a student I used to know only about vocational training programs including ITI and plain degree courses such as B.Sc, B.com, etc but the real fact is they lack industry and practical orientedness. I appeared for JEE and followed that herd mentality, managed to crack Mains but lost the Advanced cutoff by 10 marks, luckily I managed to get into Government Engineering College Amravati (my hometown) in electrical engineering and I am all set for the next 4 years, and then comes Turning Point, I came to know about this course - B.Voc in BFSI the very next day after my all-India allotment is done. You guessed it right I have chosen the latter because). Students need not necessarily complete 3 three-year courses to avail degree, rather TISS-SVE (TISS School of Vocational Education) avails a diploma ( at the end of successful completion of the first year, an Advanced Diploma at the end of the second year, and a degree at the end of the third year). I wanted to do all except engineering, Many of my family members are engineers and hence I wanted to be in the finance domain. The course provides an internship for practical learning which helps to learn real-world problems better. I chose CIBMRD College because it is the one that provides this course
