IHCL, a well-known hospitality brand, will be crucial in directing, training, mentoring, and supervising the students' on-the-job training under this program. To ensure the student's growth and development during their practical training, formal evaluations will be done on a regular basis. The knowledge and insights of IHCL will give the students a thorough understanding of hotel operations and top-notch customer service.
A BVoc in Hotel Management degree will be granted by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences following satisfactory completion of the six semesters and associated practical training at IHCL hotels. The student's ability and readiness to begin prosperous careers in the hotel business will be attested to by this degree.

IHCL Executive Vice President, Human Resources Gaurav Pokhriyal said, “We are excited to work with TISS SVE to create a plan that gives our hotels access to internal development opportunities. We can make sure the students receive thorough instruction and gain a practical understanding of the hospitality business by collaborating closely with them”.
