Hostel Facilities:

No, I don't opted for hostels because my house is near by college. I can reach college by 1. 5 hours in bus. I think hostel is too low because it running by government of Kerala. so I don't opted for hostel.

Hostel Facilities:

No it is not compulsory to take hostel in VIT Vellore. If you are a new person in VIT Vellore you should at-least survive 1 year in hostel, since this time will let you identify where to stay in Vellore (Nearby options are also there, but they are not safe) and with whom (your friends might be).

My college life

Likes

Good behaviour and friendly teachers.Also teaches very well.

Dislikes

Canteen facility are poor.Food is tasty,but not able to see clean.
Lab facilities are poor.Poor protection equipments.

Campus Life:

The campus has partially promoted the celebrations. We have onam, Christmas, freshers day, arts day, sports day and farewell celebrations. The College Library has a good collection of books. All department has a personal projector and Laptop provided. Colleges have social groups and clubs like nss, NCC, etc.

Campus Life:

There are many annual fest arts day sports day and department day and the whole function is totally colourful and the program. It is the boy program of the college a 2-day program unforgettable memory. There are NCC and NSS in this college. Student with intrest can simply join.

No. I haven't opted hostel for accommodation. Iam a day scholer. I don't have to stay at hostel. Anyway in my views the college provides hostel accommodation for all students in need. In this college many outer state students are studing in different courses. So hostel accommodation is available. The facilities and services are provided to the hostel students are best in general.

Hostel Facilities:

There is only one hostel in our college and thats for girls .There is no hostel for boys ,its a main problem for outsiders to stay .They need to stay at private hostel at price more than govt hostels price .And also those hostels have few seats the rooms are shared and not getting well foods .

basically our college has not hostel facilitty.this is one of the major drawback of our college.polytechnic college kozhikode donot have hostel facility.but there are many rooms near our college with cheap rate and good quality
