The students become eligible for campus placements from Semester 6. There are numerous companies like Zomato, The Quint, Hindu etc that visit the campus and whose offers are made for the students. The highest package offered has been INR 7 lacs per annum and the Average package is INR 3.60 Lacs per annum. The campus placements has been 85% based on the number of students that opted for it. My plans after getting my degree is to go ahead for my masters in either creative writing or marketing and then start working on a job but this may change.

The minimum stipend starts from 8000 p.m. Almost 80% of our batch got placed this time . Job roles such as audio - visual production roles , editor , cinematographer, script er were taken up by the students from the top notch firms like TBWA , Google , Grey Advertising , Leo Burnett and many more.

We are also provided with Development sector internships which gives the students direct exposure to focus on the issue at the grass root level and the experience that is required for the student to become sensible media professionals.Lat year our college recorded 89% placement record.Top notch companies such as BCCI , NDTV , Flipkart.com , Adfactors PR , CNN - IBN visited our campus and gave selected a pool of candidates.

A lot of reputed and well-settled government and well as private news channels and companies visit our college for recruitment like Google, Times Now, NDTV, Radio Mirchi etc every year. Yes, our college provides great internship programs to students, like I was doing my internship with Zee News which gave me direct exposure to the news, hand-on training, work experience and stipend as well.
