The teachers are nice and encouraging, they seem too qualified for their job.
The college provides very good accomodation and they take 700 per semester and 2000 electricity bill per semester and the rooms in the hostel are clean and well ventilated and the food given inthe hostel is also very good
There are different types of scholarships with different amount like 1lakh per annum or 50,000 per year and the scholarships are easy to get if you have good grade

Faculty to student ratio is 25:1 which i think is not good.
Each room of the hostel have 3 beds ,3 almirah, , curtains ,study table , mirror , chairs ,sockets ,lamps , gyser, toilets and bathrooms ,mess facility is also available, meal quality in hostel is not good .
The minimum attendance required to sit in final exam is 75% which sometimes become a burden for students

I choose this course because of my interest in electronics and communication.
There is a total of 60-65 students in my class.

The placement of my college is the overall average. the placement of the ece and electrical is good and he placement of civil and mechanical is better than that.
The companies are- Bajaj, Panasonic, microtex which have visited our college.
The highest package is around 5 lacs and the average is 2.5 lacs

You can get placed in the 7th semester. But you have to make your CGPA above 65%. For that, you have to know all your basics. My plans are to get placed in the 7th semester or if I can't then I start preparation for the GATE.
Campus placement is done in 7th semester. The students who are brilliant in studies and have some practical knowledge are selected very easily. You have to study very carefully. Strong your basics. Percentage for campus placement is 65%
All professors are mostly PhD and MTech. They are all knowledgeable. And most of the professors teach quite passionately. I quite enjoyed the maths class. Not all professors are nice. During the first year, there are many professors which don't take classes seriously even in later years. So watch out and study on your own

my plan is not to do a private job, I want to crack the govt exam so that's why I am not aware of all this stuff, but many students are working in big companies like Paytm, Byjus, etc by taking off campus placements
Many companies visit here but few people get chance of having placements .
Minimum package here is 3 lakh rupees as it is a government Institute so limited companies visit here, After completing my degree, my first choice is to take the CDS exam and serve the country
My backup choice is to give bank exams or SDO exams
Because it was newly opened and provided new infrastructure and labs by the govt. The campus was also in himachal pradesh. the weather is good and it was close to my home town, so I opted for my course here. And I can tell you, go for one year drop if you can take some better collg than this(only if you are capable)
