True story of my collage

Likes

The faculty of my college was good, the teaching was not that good but okay, okay
there is freedom of speech in college Teachers also listen to us 24*7 and give feedback
canteen food is also good . The canteen is not that big but the food is good where you can sit with your friends and have fun

Dislikes

There are a lot of universities here, some are regular, some are distance learning, that's why I don't like this college
The college has 3 buildings, 2 of those buildings are together and one is separate, the distance learning course is saved by calling it a regular college
No festival is celebrated properly in college

Placement Experience:

I was worried about placement as there was no 100% good company 2.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh maximum package 100 percentage student getting placement After completing my degree, I thought of doing business. After completing my degree, I thought of doing business.

IITM honest review

Likes

The infrastructure of the college was good
Mentors and professors are very helpful towards students
Areas were developed for students to engage in co curricular activities

Dislikes

Campus area was very small . Students had to visit other parks nearby there was no ground in the college
Placements facility is not good at all for students
Student crowd is mostly engaged in activities like consuming alcohol or other substances that are harmful

Placement Experience:

Campus placements in IITM were decent. Neither good nor bad. Students become eligible from the 6th semester to become eligible for campus placements. The only condition is students should not be having any active Backlog in any subject. Few of the companies that visited IITM for placements were Deloitte, KPMG , TCS, Wipro providing an average package lying somewhere around 2-5 lpa . The highest package offered was 7 lpa to my batchmate by a startup company. Only 25% of students got placed in the campus placements as most of them were looking for OFF campus placements including me
