Sarla Anil Modi School of Economics Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

NMIMS is the best college in India for B.Sc. economics. The course is very inclusive. Teacher: Student ratio is around 1:30. The faculty is well-qualified and teaches everything practically. Exams happen once every semester. But other exams like Mid-semester exams, ICAs, assignments and projects happen every week.

Eligibility from Third year - sem 5 Companies- E&Y, MuSigma, Nomura Don't have enough information about placements, since I did not participate. My Plans - Masters in Economics The minimum package offered was 3 lakhs

I opted for NMIMS because of its high reputation, prime location and the recognition it has achieved. I talked to quite a few alumini of the same and got a positive feedback for the same. SAMSOE has an excellent campus and i opted for economics course as it was the only subject that pressurised us to think from our mind and apply practical concepts and not just rote learning.

I completed my M.Sc Economics from SAMSoE. Teachers were quite generous and the seniors were also quite supportive to me. Teachers provided guidance also to students apart from academics. I liked the college alot, the events and workshops made the college life quite fun for me.
