Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Kochi Latest Updates and News
13 Oct, 2025 XAT 2026 registration is ongoing for MBA/PGDM admission. Aspirants can apply online till Dec 5, 2025, @xatonline.in. Further, the application form edit window will be open from Oct 14 to 16, 2025, and XAT 2026 will be held on Jan 4, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM. For more details, Check Here.
08 Oct, 2025 CAT 2025 Exam will be held on November 30, 2025 (Sunday) for MBA/ PGDM admission. The admit cards will be available for download @iimcat.ac.in from November 5, 2025. For latest updates, check here.
Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Kochi PGDM Operation Fees

The Application Fee for the 1st Preference is Rs. 2000/-. There will be an additional application fee of Rs. 250/- if you choose to have a 2nd Preference.
Caution Deposit: A one-time caution deposit of Rs. 25000 needs to be paid at the time of admission and is refundable at the end of the programme, subject to any deductions for outstanding dues to XIME. Additionally, a refundable hostel caution deposit of Rs. 10000 will also be collected.
International study tour: As in the past years, the students will have an international study tour. This will be organized within the framework of AICTE Guidelines. The study tour is expected to cost Rs.1,00,000/-. If the actual cost is less, the difference will be refunded to the students and if the cost is more, the student concerned will have to bear the extra cost.

Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee is reasonable compared to other PGDM institutions and as per ROI. Overall expenditure is near to Rs. 8,50,000 - 9,50,000 and the average CTC offered during college placements 2021-2022 is Rs. 8.5 lacs. There is no particular name of scholarship, you get it on the basis of your education background and CAT score if its above 90 percentile, additionally there are scholarships on the basis of your course performance every trimester and there is financial assistance provided to those who are financially weak and require help.

Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees structure for two years is around 8 lakhs which can be paid in 8 easy installments. Each installment is of 1 lakh, to be paid at regular intervals. Scholarships are provided to students with high percentiles in CAT and XAT exams. The college supports students in every possible way in terms of scholarships and financial assistance.
