The knowledge skills and attitude imparted by learning areas cross cutting approach and extra curricular activities is a main source of systematic and comprehensive language. Thus we can say that the result can not be depend upon the high level curriculum. This will not implemented on the all individuals because of differences.

In the final semester students get campus placement. Companies that visited this college like TCS, Maruti, Infosys, Mahindra, Byjus, Mankind, etc. For technical students, average package offer is 300000. The highest package offer is 800000. 70 percentage. My plan after getting done my degree is to do a master's degree in computers.

I choose this course because of various reasons. firstly I just wanted to be a pharmacist, apart from this there are many scopes or streams like I can go to the medical manufacturing field as well as production field. Other than these fields I can also select the research and development sector. There is a mentor and mentee system, in this system one teacher is appointed for 4 or 5 students for better study. All faculties are well qualified to have a degree in a master's in pharmacy as well as a doctorate in pharmacy. As per AKTU and PCI, 3 internal examinations should be conducted as Theory sessional examination in 6 months or 1 semester and 1-semester examination. The exams are quite tough to qualify

Campus placement is provided. Lots of students placed at pharma companies such as sun pharma, zydus, lupin, and Master degree holders students placed in the Institute for teaching. About 85% of students placed every year

The students in the final year are eligible for campus placement. The companies with good pay and benefits were on the placement list. Depending on students' skill and knowledge is the placements. Higher study options are also available in college after graduation.

Students become eligible for placements in the last semester i.e the 8th semester. A large number of pharmaceuticals such as Cipla, Cadila often visit for placements and workshops. Campus placement is also offered to skilled and willing students. no students are left unemployed who have completed their bachelors and masters from Kailash institute of pharmacy and management.

From 7th Semesters students become eligible for placements. HCL, Wipro, Cipla, Mankind Pharma are some companies hiring students every year from our college. Maximum 2 offers are given to students to apply for the job. The highest package offered by HCL was 9 lakhs per annum and the average package was 6.5 lakhs by Cipla hiring Pharmacy toppers. About 25% of students every year placed in different companies by Campus placements from our College. The remaining students are those who liked to learn for Higher degrees or for Ph.D. My plan was to complete my Masters of Pharmacy from my own College and earn a Ph.D. from the same. Also, I love my College so much that I want to join my College as a Professor and continue to learn and teach the process remaining in my own Kailash Institute of Pharmacy and Management.

The campus is completely safe and secure and placements are also very good in authorized companies and top five companies and very good carrier perspective also. CADILA, RANBAXY, SUN PHARMA, JOHNSON AND JOHNSON, CIPLA, NESTLE came to overhear and took the students at the good package.

I had opted for a bachelor's of pharmacy as it has lots of scope and job opportunities including trade, individual pharmacy practice, academics as well as research..there are more than forty faculties on the KIPM campus. All the faculties are graduated and postgraduate in the pharmacy field and more than 15 faculties are doctorate I.e Ph.D. holders. The teaching method is very interesting as the faculties take audio-video classes which is the best way of learning. The exams and semester completion are never delayed. The exams are not difficult if you are a regular and attentive student.

I chose B.pharm because I have an interest in pharmacy courses and I really want to know how medicine reacts to the body or how the body reacts to the medicine and I'm also interested to know about the preparation of medicine that's why I chose this course. We have a very talented and highly skilled faculty including Pd.D. holder and gold medalist. They teach us with the help of whiteboard and ppt. They give us depth knowledge on easy ways. They discuss all the topics and really want to know we understand or not if we do not understand they repeat again. No. of faculty as per standard of pharmacy council of India. The sessional exam happens around every 1.5 months.
