Remarks
I was initially interested in B.Tech. architecture, but my friend suggested opting for Pharmacy. And near my hometown Gorakhpur there was one and only best and fully equipped Pharmacy College was Kailash Institute of Pharmacy & Management, Gida, Gorakhpur. So I decided to opt for My College as the first option. I opted for No quota as I belong to General Quota. My admission took place as per AKTU Norms for admission in Bachelor of Pharmacy Courses. There was no problem in the admission process as people here are very friendly and supportive by nature and my teachers helped in the whole admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
Every new field of education creates opportunities for jobs, better salary and thus the betterment of one's life. Pharmacy is a field that belongs for manufacturing and processing plus uses of medicines on various diseases. Choosing a pharmacy is a service for Mankind. So I opted for it. There was a 1:15 was a teacher: student ratio in my college. Kailash Institute of Pharmacy has well-furnished and well-equipped laboratories to teach students various aspects of medicinal knowledge and how to use them in daily life situations. My college also had a well-mentained Library having several books on each subject. My teachers always supported me in difficult subjects. By daily classrooms, laboratory experiments, sample questions, and best tuition quality I was able to understand many questions of my curriculum subjects very easily. Every teacher in my college are well qualified and Ph.D. in His or Her Subject. All exams and different types of tests conducted in my college very timely and with fast processing.
Internships Opportunities
Cadila, Cipla, Ranbaxy, and many more companies provide internships to us. One mega project named Science fare was conducted in three different colleges in Bakhira, Khalilabad, and Nath Nagar to enhance knowledge and people integration this year. Many companies had offered job fare also there to hire qualified students from our distant rural areas.
Placement Experience
From 7th Semesters students become eligible for placements. HCL, Wipro, Cipla, Mankind Pharma are some companies hiring students every year from our college. Maximum 2 offers are given to students to apply for the job. The highest package offered by HCL was 9 lakhs per annum and the average package was 6.5 lakhs by Cipla hiring Pharmacy toppers. About 25% of students every year placed in different companies by Campus placements from our College. The remaining students are those who liked to learn for Higher degrees or for Ph.D. My plan was to complete my Masters of Pharmacy from my own College and earn a Ph.D. from the same. Also, I love my College so much that I want to join my College as a Professor and continue to learn and teach the process remaining in my own Kailash Institute of Pharmacy and Management.
