SVIMS Indore Admission 2026
SVIMS Indore admissions are based on marks obtained in the relevant entrance examination. Admission to UG Programmes is governed by the MP Higher Education, through the online Counselling process. The First Round of Counselling shall be done based on the merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10+2). If the seats remain vacant after the first round of counselling, the second round of counselling is scheduled keeping in view the number of vacant seats for a particular programme. College-level counselling will also be conducted if the seats remain vacant.
For PG Admissions to MBA, MCA, and M.Sc courses, it is done through the DTE, Government of MP. For MBA admission Students must appear for the CMAT, which is conducted by the AICTE. Admission is done through online counselling by the competent authority, based on the merit list. Seats for Madhya Pradesh domicile students, All India category students, and J&K resident/migrant candidates are filled through this counselling process. If seats remain vacant after the first round of counselling based on CMAT merit, the second round of counselling is scheduled. This second round could be based on CMAT marks or on qualifying exam marks, keeping in view the number of vacant seats and the number of interested candidates. At the time of admission, students are required to pay a one-time refundable Caution Money of INR 2,000 for BSc program and INR 1,500 for BBA, BCA, and PG programmes.

Important Instructions:

Library: The institute has a well-equipped library with a great collection of 54,807 books, 2907 CDs, more than 10,000 online journals, 88 print journals, 41 video cassettes, 18 encyclopedias, more than 17,000 ebooks, etc. The library holds a range of information services- Circulation, Reference, Reprography, Current Awareness and Internet Services to support professional growth, encourage the process of teaching and learning and to achieve the objective of quality in higher education. Also, it has a fairly good collection of Indian Philosophy, Value Management, Harvard Business publishing books, ICFAI Publishing books, IGNOU teaching materials, Project Reports, Case Studies, Biographies and Autobiographies.
Auditorium: The institute has a centralised air-cooled auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 students. No, there is no requirement to appear for entrance exam for admission to BBA ocurse at SVIM, Indore. The admissions are merit based.
