Mahaveer Institute of Engineering & Technology offers admission in Bachelor of Engineering under 3 specializations such as Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering. The duration for any of the mentioned courses is four years.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have passed 10+2 level with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying exam for the general category. For SC/ ST candidates, 45% is the minimum criteria to fulfil. 
• Final year candidates who will appear for the examination can also apply. 

Selection Process

• Candidate must participate in the counselling process of UPTAC. 
• They must submit their scores and register at the website. They also need to upload the soft copies of the folowong documents;
  • JEE Mains Scorecard 
  • Class XII Certificate & marksheet
  • Rural weightage certificate if applicable
  • Domicile certificate
  • Domicile certificate of his/ her parents (Father OR Mother) if the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of U.P
  • Character certificate
  • Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness
  • Domicile certificate, if applicable.
  • Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST, if applicable
  • Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped as applicable
  • Income certificate for economically weak candidates
  • GDDA category certificate, if applicable
  • Other Documents required (only if applicable)

• At the given nodal centre, candidates need to report for document verification. After the documents are verified, choice filling should be done. 
• Rounds of counselling will be held and if allotted in any round, candidates can freezer their option and download the allotment letter. 
• After that, reporting at the institute is must with documents and complete payment of the admission fee as mentioned in the allotment letter
