I always wanted to pursue Physics so I chose B.Sc honors in physics. This college has a pretty good reputation and I got selected for the admission test. So I enrolled here in physics Hons. Now in my batch, there are around 50 students. There are 7 permanent professors, 3 lab attendants, and some guest lecturers. Every professor has a Ph.D. degree and many many research papers in their name. The faculty is helpful. They even help students and clear doubts outside of college time. There are 2 exams in each semester, one is a mid-semester exam and the other one is an end-semester exam. There are no pass marks in the mid-semester exam but you will have to get 33 out of 90 (10 marks for attendance) to pass the entire exam. To get good marks you will have to study throughout the semester but to pass, the last 2 months should be enough.

I was quietly interested in Mathematics from school standards and I want to continue my higher studies in mathematics one of the key reason why the college ranked in the top 10 all over India is the faculty members... Professors are highly qualified and the classes are regular. The duration of every semester is 4 months... And mid sem is taken in between every semester

I have choosen this course because I was interested in mathematics. The faculty: student ratio is very high and well maintained. The faculties are highly qualified with excellent teaching method. The term exams are conducted as per the academic calender.

I am keen interested in Mathematics from class 7-8 and I want to enrich myself with higher education in mathematics. In our department Teacher-Student ratio is 1:12. Faculty members are very qualified most of the teacher holds Ph.D. and have presented their excellency in various seminars. Faculty members, as well as Principal and vice- Principal Maharaj, are quite helpful. They are quite dedicated to solving the problem faced by students. The examination is one of the key reasons which has improved the NAAC grade. The examination is taken in a timely. There are two examinations in every semester one is mid sem examination and one is end sem. As it is an autonomous college so the question standard is quite high and almost every topic is covered in classes. So academically this is one of the best colleges in INDIA.

From childhood I love mathematics. So I want to study higher in mathematics. Moreover mathematics department of this college is so renowned. So I choose this college for mathematics hons. Our department has 15 well qualified professors and 2 computer lab expert. No of total students of our department including 3 b.sc years is almost 150. So there are one teacher for every 10 students. Most of teachers are well qualified and P. Hd. holders. Their teaching method is so beautiful and they are too student friendly. In B. Sc. degree there are 6 semesters in our college and duration of a semester is 6 months. In each semester there are two exam. One is midsem which is held at the middle of a semester. The other is endsem which is held at the end of a semester. The qualification of the next semester is depend on these two exams. The exams are quite difficult but if one can study properly, it is easy to pass those exam for him.

This is a bachelor's and master's degree college. Students mainly come here to study to make knowledge and can do something great with his subjects. So there is generally no placement although still many students get jobs who want to do jobs and no further studies.

This college rank is under 10 in west Bengal. The admission process is normally offline and exam based. but for pandemic in this session the admission process is gone through by online process and no exam were held.

College is very well mentained. College environment is neat and clean, classrooms are big and having facilities of projectors, some of them are air conditioned. Laboratories are well equipped, separate department have separate lab. Well mentained library, canteen, gym are available. Food and water are hygienic.

My college name is Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Rahara. My college is son good because respected teacher and Maharaj also guide properly. any time any doubts, respected teacher and Maharaj solved properly anytime. So I love my college.

The education system is very good, teachers are very helpful, it is well ranked college in all over the india, all the teachers are very friendly, they conduct seminers per week, availability of good research lab etc etc
