The fact that by becoming a doctor, i can treat and heal and help people, motivated me to pursue mbbs. The curriculum includes lecture classes and demo classes which help us to gain more knowledge of the subjects and topics. Also, the clinical postings help us to clinically deal with the patients and learn the process of investigations and diagnosis for treatment purposes. Frequent exams, FAs and semester exams are held to ensure that the students revise their subjects thoroughly, repeatedly and frequently.

Honestly speaking, it was my personal aspiration and eagerness to know more about the human body and to help and treat people with their illnesses that motivated me to choose this course. The curriculum helps us to gain knowledge from the lecture classes and prepares us on how to deal with the patients in clinics. According to me, more lecture classes can be taken to clear the concepts. Frequent FAs and Semester exams are taken by every department for the timely revision of the students.

Best that Uttarakhand has to offer (after AIIMS Rishikesh lol). The patient inflow is great as Doon Hospital is one of the busiest hospitals in Doon, offering quality medical service to patients, especially to the economically weaker section of the society.

MBBS is a very difficult course but after you become a Doctor the respect you earn in the society is worth it. Being a doctor takes a lot of patience and time. When you start attending clinics from 2nd year you slowly start to learn skills that are needed to diagnose and treat a patient. The whole curriculum is very well designed and NMC is making it better everyday.

The CBME module and latest NMC rules are well followed in our college. MBBS...is somewhat tedious course...a delicate mind should opt out . Holidays should be given more for efficiency of studies. Faculty members are excellent in their knowledge...only difference is that we need to extract that knowledge...

As we know medical professionals are the highest-paying ones. And after doing mbbs one does not have to think a lot about placement because the no of doctors is fewer in our developing country. So after admitting to medical college, one does not have to think a lot about job security and financial status.
I chose this course as I have an interest in the medical field as a doctor. The faculties are quite good and faculty to student ratio is quite low 1:50 I think. Teachers are well-qualified doctors and their teaching method is quite good. Exams happen often every month and they are difficult to pass.
